Where do I even start?!?! Ausra’s arrangements are simply gorgeous! She is a true artist and goes above and beyond on every detail of the arrangement.

The flowers themselves are high quality and so unique (definitely not cookie cutter roses and baby’s breath). The whole entire presentation is just above and beyond, down to the vase and card.

Most of the time, flowers feel like a gamble- not Ausra’s! Her arrangements are such a safe bet, I drove them downstate for my family’s Christmas gathering. Again, Ausra went above and beyond- she gave me a box to keep the vase stable during transport and showed us how to pack them.

I ordered an arrangement online for my Grandmother’s 101 birthday with a note that asked for something special. The flowers Ausra chose and arranged were nothing short of spectacular. When they were ready, Ausra texted me several photos and let me know what she used. She explained that the flowers would become more fragrant and beautiful and as they open. She even texted me when the arrangement was delivered to my Grandmother and asked the woman who accepted them at the reception desk to sing her happy birthday. I’m sad to be so far and unable to celebrate with my Grandmother but this experience with Soul’s Greenhouse made it a little easier. Thank you so much Ausra! You are amazing!

What I loved:

1. Quality flowers
The bouquet I ordered, "I'll Make Your Heart Sing," truly does deliver on the name! It looked exactly like what I was expecting. Absolutely stunning! I wish Soul lived closer to me so that I could buy her flowers all the time!

2. Accommodating and flexible service
I wanted to turn one of her big bouquets into three smaller ones that could be combined back into one after a party. Ausra was up for the challenge. When she sent me photos and I didn't love the three separate, she spent time answering my questions and came up with options to offer a solution. (Sorry for messing with your original bouquet, Ausra!)

3. Fantastic customer service
Ausra not only knows about flowers, she knows about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Amazing customer service is rare these days, but you can tell Ausra isn't just in it for the money - she truly cares about her customers. She texted me throughout the transaction and ensured my happiness with photos multiple times. She responded quickly and was extremely kind. Once I called her by accident and she called me back right away!! She is a customer service gem.

4. Knowledgeable and detail-oriented florist
When I had questions about the bouquet, Soul was very thorough in explaining everything. She even taught me about a "double tulip" that opens to look almost like a peony! Never knew about those before!

DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Order from Ausra at Soul's Greenhouse. You'll end up with absolutely gorgeous flowers and you'll even feel like you have an awesome new friend in Ausra. Thank you so much Ausra!!!!

I ordered flowers from Soul’s Greenhouse for both my sister-in-law and mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. Not only did they reach out to me directly to let me know the deliveries were on their way, but they provided photos of the arrangements and allowed me to update the delivery address for one of the deliveries on the spot to make sure that the flowers were received immediately and in their best condition. Ausra was so kind and joyful in her communication and her husband, who delivered the flowers, took pictures upon delivery so we could see the happy faces. I highly recommend them and their flower shop and will absolutely use again.
