I Bought My Wedding Dress here the other day as the dress is absolutely stunning! Everyone was very helpful they let me try on my dresses in peace and even helped me find the right size! The material is not cheap sparkles aren’t meant to stay on a dress forever. Definitely a good place to go if you are looking for an Elegant Dress! Will post pictures once my wedding happens also plan on going back for a second dress!

They have a lot of dresses to pick from. But i feel that they are the type that you buy online, but can try on and get in any color just about. They just aren't the best made dresses, but then again they are not to be worn weekly over and over dresses. So I'm torn on this. They have tons to pick from. The service is great, we always had someone helping us, that was very nice. So very friendly service and lots to pick from.

The dresses are gorgeous here but customer service is lacking. The lady was grumbling about having to put my dresses back, and she was talking about me when I was within hearing distance. It made it very difficult to buy a dress, so I left without anything.

Very rude!! My sister picked the perfect dress but it was damaged. The snaps were broke, the zipper was a little off, there was a tear on one side and the some if there lace was coming off. We asked for a discount (we were going to buy the dress anyway because she loved it) we were told no with a nasty attitude. The lady said if we bought the dress she would fix it but we would have to pay for for her to do so. Why would we have to pay for something that's already damaged? She had such a nasty attitude. Even when my sister pulled out her money to pay she was giving her attitude so she decided not to her the dress.

A one star is way more then this store deserves. A few years back my daughter bought a dress from them. We had it dry cleaned after she wore it. The dress was all missed shaped. Now my daughter is getting married and her bridesmaid picked out dress that she liked. We asked the sale person if it can be dry cleaned since it was a floor model and was very wrinkled. She said yes. Get it home and it says it can not be dry cleaned. Called her asking to return the dress. Who wants a dress you can't have cleaned. She told me no refund. Bring it back to the store and they would dry clean it. So I did. We take it out of the bag and now there isn't the scarf that goes with the dress. The lady is saying we didn't bring it with the dress. We infact did bring it. I have pictures of the dress right before we dropped it off. The time is on the pic. So be very careful when buying anything from this store. I am reporting it to the BBB.
