Bad customer service. All this worker is worried about is drinking his coffee instead of getting customers taking care of. Been waiting for almost 45 minutes just to turn in a monitor for a friend of the family and to pick up my uncles.

Absolutely terrible service! Have 1GB of internet and I maybe get 300MB on a good day. Do not get spectrum as your WiFi provider! This company is only interested in your money and not taking care of their customers. Very poor reliability and customer care! I would give them 0 out of 5 stars if possible.

Very, very, very slow service. They will have a line of people and just disappear, while workers are wondering around, they could open up another register. Loved the service on walbash . HATE it at this location. Manager is not a pleasant person, I'm not the only one that says that either.

Worst customer service ever… customers waited more than an hour for help. They had 4 people on staff… 8 customers waiting for help and one of the staff just sat on their laptop for over an hour ignoring customers and not helping when they were obviously busy.

I was helped instantly by Zach and watched 3 other customers be helped the same way. I returned a router that I haven't used in 5 years so my only complaint is the company charged me 10 dollars for Wi-Fi the last 5 years I never used since I have my own equipment.

Zach offered excellent mobile pricing just trying to figure out if Verizon will deprioritize Spectrum customers. I get over 500 megs sometimes on my wired devices and it's rare if it's out of service. Normal range 370-500 which is great. I think some people have old equipment or don't know how networks and internet operates. Probably using CAT 4 cord.

Only 2 people working. Then those working socializing. 8 customers waiting to be served. I was just dropping off equipment. I have pictures. 12/11/24 @ 4:32. I have been waiting 45 minutes so far.

Terrible experience.. and most expensive one... Internet $114.20 for 1 gig, the router never worked so we finally got our own router...and we were told by the Rep that it is our line that is not working 😂...like we pull the cable to the house and let them charge us for it ...anyway, constant outages of internet at night. If you have security system that depends on internet stay away for Spectrum because you might get robbed and you will hear no alarm while you sleep due to the outage of internet......and now after 3 years of being customer I canceled the service 6 days after the billing cycle and Spectrum is charging me for the full month. Keep it and choke on it ... your service sucks just like your internet and your phones... Even if you offer it for free, I will never return and I will make sure to warn others not to waste their money with the tiny Spec of internet you provide and the Trauma of a service you have.

We were long time Spectrum TV and internet customers, but the prices became unreasonably high. We cancelled our cable TV service several months ago but kept Spectrum internet service.
We went with YouTube TV at less than half the price and with better reliability.

In January 2025, we decided to ditch Spectrum internet for less expensive and higher speed fiber optic internet through Joink, which was installed on 1/21/25. On 1/22/25, we returned the modem and router to the Terre Haute, IN Spectrum store and closed our account.

On 2/1/25, we received a bill from Spectrum for $89.99, I called the customer service line and was informed that, in order to NOT be billed on 2/1/25, we would have had to cancel our service on/before 1/13/25. This is nothing but typical shitty Spectrum customer service and I would have expected nothing more from this pathetic provider. Avoid at all costs!

I gave 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.
