I should have done my research on these guys but I figured since they were selling through Amazon they were ok...WRONG. SpeedOutfitters were none responsive after I placed my order to the point Amazon had to re-request a shippiing date response with the threat of we (Amazon) will cancel the oder if you (SpeedOutfitters) don't respond by this date. After I got my item there is things missing.....Don't buy from these people...

Should have listen to the reviews this makes the second time I’ve ordered a wheel bearing from these guys on a confirm fit part for 1999 Vulcan 800 I don’t understand why you would list it as a front wheel bearing kit for a Kawasaki when it is just not possible for the bearings to go into the wheel the first one I ordered fit but the inner diameter of the first one was way to small so I order the other confirm fit part and now it’s the other way around it fits but the inner diameter is way to big. I am going to return both if eligible. Don’t let people who don’t know bike parts list a part as a confirm fit.

My daughter ordered me a Mustang seat for my 2023 Honda Rebel 500, for Father's Day. I was happy that it showed up 5 days early. Once I opened it and found out it was the wrong one, used and has scuff marks all on it. The happiness was gone.Now they are charging me $16 and some change to ship it back.all I can do is hope speedoutfitters makes things right. And give me a full refund including shipping😠 I took photos of the seat😎

It seems Speed Outfitters has gotten really harsh reviews on here due to past issues. I was very skeptical to buy anything from their Amazon storefront because of the slew of bad reviews. I bit the bullet and ordered anyway, in hopes the fairly old reviews were a thing of the past. I’m happy to say I ordered my parts on Monday night and they are arrived today (Thursday). I believe this business is legitimate and probably had some mishaps that they have since fixed. I will be buying more parts from here and hope to see this business bounce back from their dark past.

I ordered a part for my 1985 fxrs harley-davidson. That said it would fit. The photo showed all 3 lines for my bike. I received a single line . I left several phone messages and no one answered or phoned me back. I got just 1 email from thim . I answered all of their questions. And no response in over 4 hours. I don't recommend this company for any parts . Thay have very poor customer service.

Like other reviews on here... I wish I would have researched this seller before I made that purchase. I jumped the gun and made an order on Amazon from them. They were the only ones that I have been able to find this product showing "In Stock". Well, I should have known it was too good to be true. After I paid my $2,000 and some change, waited a week and a half, all I had was a tracking number saying label was created and that USPS was awaiting item. Luckily, I purchased through Amazon and they did some investigating and said the package was nowhere to be found. You would think that if you had it in stock that shipping something 6.5 hours away wouldn't take a week and a half even using their excuse of the "mail carriers are behind and trying to catch up." I have seen other reviews stating how the place is full of excuses. From what I can tell it is true. I was never able to get anyone to reply. Don't try to call because that 5 minute long voice mail recording will make your day! "You can sit there and email us." Luckily Amazon got me my refund back. Too bad 1 star is as low as I can go.

No customer care or follow up at all. After almost 2 month waiting for my tires , I decide to cancel my order .
I order another set of tires with another company .
3 months after and without any notification I received my initial set of tires at home ,and few days later an email with instructions about how can I pay directly to save them money ( of course not an apology )
