Very bad experience. Limited inventory, poor quality, sizing is completely off. I am a size 4 and only XXS fits me here. I didn’t know this until I bought a size Small top that stretched out and looked awful on. They did not inform me that there was a 14 day exchange policy and that they did not accept returns but only exchanges. Everything is confusing as far as the price is and the discount structure and every price is suspiciously inflated. I ended up paying $52 for the horribly fit shirt and to exchange it they told me I was not within the window and that they were making an exception for me. Then they still refused to make the exchange evenly. They were changing the prices behind the register to make it so that I still owed them something. I know this because I kept being quoted different prices by the two shop workers. In the end I ended up having to spend an additional $19 because the worker kept repeating that doing this was a favor and dismissed my question on the price changes. This brought the total to $72, for this mistake of purchasing a horribly made shirt here.

I was the only person in the store both times that I have entered the store and the staff are very weird with customers as well and make you feel very uncomfortable that you are struggling to find any items within the store that make any sense or have correct sizing or pricing. I’m not sure what is going on here, and if this is a legitimate business or not given their extremely poor quality, inflated prices and behavior as a brand.
