We reached out to the owners of Sports Shop about a very close friend of ours, a previous teammate, that recently received a diagnosis of cancer. We wanted to have wrist bands embroidered in a 24 hour time frame to take to a tournament to support him and the family. The shop was closed for spring break but the owner arranged for the bands to be embroidered and covered the cost of the bands because he was a previous player for one of his baseball organizations and has a huge heart! We are blown away by the generosity of The Sports Shop in Benton and highly recommend them. Owners are great and love kids and families. Thank you for all you do for our community.

Recently we ordered about 20 shirts for our softball tournament. This company was awesome at getting them done on time! They were very professional and the shirts looked amazing. I’ve used Sports shop for 5+ years for my youth organization and each year they have exceeded my expectations. I have had to change orders and numbers on jerseys and they have always been great about making the changes quickly, no one is perfect but they have always made a conscious effort to keep me happy as a costumer and I can honestly say that I am. They have great pricing and great costumer services I recommend all other leagues and travel teams to use them for a great turn around and product.

Worst service ever. Ordered a uniform, waited 4 weeks. At first it was the end of the week, but they kept pushing the date. I finally just cancelled the order because I got tired of being lied too. Also was charged double for masks that were advised for cheaper online. Just save your time and money. Shop somewhere else!
