I would like to sing the praises of the management at this Staples and to Sam in the printing department. The manager is so pleasant, clearly is customer service oriented and always does everything he can for you with a smile! I am older and technogically challenged and Sam has helped me create some amazing and unique business signs! I know that if I go to Staples, the atmosphere of the store is positive and accommodating, so refreshing! Good Job!!

Staple's is the place where I get all of my office supplies. There are things I use for home projects like envelopes, binders, pencils and pens, markers. I used to have my own fax machine but now if I ever need one, I use their service. They have nice sales sometimes too.

The associates at Staples are always very polit and helpful. You ask a question, and they usually always know the answer or find someone that can answer it. I never have to stand around forever waiting for help. Their in store pick up is also really quick and efficient. Overall, I really like staples.

Could this godforsaken business finally go under? Nothing is EVER priced correctly! And it’s not even just a small difference. Price should’ve been $20, rang-up $30. It’s like that every time, too. Spent 20 minutes at the checkout back to school shopping because nothing is clearly marked. Only value they add is the Amazon return…and even that’s almost not worth it

Purchased an HP laptop and when I got home I realized it did not have a media card reader. The product description card in the store showed it had one media card reader. I went back to the store to discuss this with management to see if they would provide a credit on my purchase. They took my phone number but never called me back so I will return the product. Interestingly, the product review I posted on this on Staples does not show up.

I had to buy a new paper shredder so went to Staples in Terre Haute, IN to looks at what they had. The staff & selection of products was excellent! Staff very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Made my experience very pleasant! After selecting my shredder, I was told as I was checking out that I could bring in my old shredder & Staples would recycle free of charge & I would get extra Reward points! I’m happy with the paper shredder I selected & very happy with the staff!
