They scammed me with RAFFLE. Please see screenshot. The seller communicated with me in the black texts regarding the purchase of item. The next day the seller deleted his portion of texts and you see just my texts, the white side. Seller also blocked me. Don’t give them a penny of your hard earned money! I reported this business and hope they get shut down.

Very shady shoe store. They never seem to have any of the new Jordans on release dates, but somehow the employees all have a pair on their feet the same day. Not sure how a store that large stays in business with so few customers going inside making purchases daily. Something isn’t right.

Was visiting Chicago and desperately needed a comfortable pair of shoes to walk in. I tried a pair I liked, bought them even if the seller told me there might be some discoloration on one shoe since it was a demo. I didn’t really mind. Once at my hotel, I realize it’s 2 different colors from the same model. I checked online on the brand website and yup, one was pale gray, one was beige. I had to go back to exchange just to be told the same thing; discoloration. I repeated it was two different colors, that I checked , etc etc. Turns out it was a mismatched pair. Now I don’t know if they were trying to get rid of them but they didn’t have a matching pair in my size. Thankfully half a size smaller did fit.

Entered store pretty early... They had JUST opened their doors.
Walked in looking for a cool pair of shoes for my BF's birthday. BUT!! None of the staff seemed interested to help me. Hiding behind their phones. One chic literally walked away from me as i approached her haha. We decided to walk out. I'm sure they didn't care or notice.😋😊
Other than that! We'll return another day (later in the afternoon). Not everyone is a morning person (i get it) and The shoe collection was unique and had lots of choices.

LITERAL TRASH. TOLD US WE COULD RETURN 30 day. Went back 21 days and wouldn’t let us. AND I WANTED TO EXCHANGE ONLY. WASNT EVEN asking FOR MONEY BACK. WANTED A BIGGER SIZE. DO NOT BUY. SCAM ARTIST. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. I HOPE YOU CLOSE PERMANENTLY.
