I received this damaged pennant today and am not happy at all. It was wrapped around a wad of bubble wrap, and is crinkled and creased and all bent up. I paid for a NEW pennant, not a crinkled and creased one, and I want my money back. I do not feel as I should pay for return shipping as this pennant was improperly and poorly packaged.

Furthermore, this company responded with the following reply after I sent them 2 photos of the damaged pennant.

"We have received your message. As the customer was unwilling to provide an image of the item laid flat to show that the item is permanently damaged, we are unable to issue a postage paid return label for the item. If the customer can provide the requested information we would be happy to issue a label or issue a refund outright, but we have determined based on correspondence from the customer that they have received the package in acceptable condition but are looking for a free item, or their quality standards are not in line with what is expected from our tens of thousands of other customers."

My reply: This is complete bull. I am NOT looking for a free item. I am only looking to return defective merchandise and get my money back. The pictures I already sent you clearly show the damage to the pennant due to your inept and lousy packaging. I take it as an insult that you would accuse me of faking the damage to get a "free" item. It's the principle.....not the $$$.

Placed an order on December 12th with company stating shipping date was December 17th. Now they claim they sold out and had to reorder but will not have my gift to us before Christmas nor are they willing to do anything about it except cancel my order. Clearly not a company that I would want to do any further business with as he just kept saying we won't do anything but cancel your order if your upset just go write a review....he honestly told me that. Yes the guys name was Max and he claims to be the customer relations manager and that you can't speak to anyone higher up than him. Strongly recommend not doing ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Horrible customer service and just says that the customer is wrong and they are never wrong....UNBELIEVEABLE.

Very poor customer service ordered flag poles and said they were lost in transit. They said that the order would be shipped again but have not received any info it’s has been 11 days. I called and received a convenient answering machine

Extremely disappointed!! I ordered an OSU National Championship "banner" for $18.95 + shipping $24. something and the "banner" was only 8" x 10"... What was more ridiculous was that when I went to return it, they shipped it back to me with the statement "No refunds on "Event Merchandise" highlighted . What a ripoff and they don't care about keeping customers with policies like this. Order from someone else! I got ripped off and they should have tried to keep me as a satisfied customer but they chose not to. I order A LOT of OSU memorabilia but they won't be getting any more business from me and I hope not from you too!

Awful... Package took forever to get delivered and once delivered was sent to the wrong address. Contacted the company about re-sending the products they wouldn't. Contacted the post office and they couldn't do anything either. Customer service is awful and merchandise quality is cheap. Spend more money and get real the licensed collegiate merchandise.
