I can’t say enough good things about Stephenson’s! As someone who gets nervous going to fittings by myself and also calling stores, they made me feel SO comfortable! Deb did such an amazing job helping with appointments for my wedding dress. She was always there and made me feel so welcome anytime I stepped foot in Stephenson’s! It’s a dress shop filled with such kind people. Not to mention Ellen my seamstress did such a wonderful job on my wedding dress. I got SO many compliments!!!

I came here to look for a wedding dress. Lily was super helpful, enthusiastic and helped me find a dress that matched the vision. Really appreciate her help and guidance, opinion and ideas in the process.
I think my mom bought her wedding dress here, so it is neat to carry that on!

Lily was my consultant. I came in alone with a few ideas and she really let me explore all my ideas and gave great recommendations. She pulled one for me I wasn't sure about but ended up being the one! She was so sweet and helpful and really made me feel comfortable and confident!! The rest of the staff was very nice as well! Lily also helped us set up my fiance with a tux rental and answered all our questions!

I was so disappointed with the lack of attentiveness and the overall experience. Deb sucked she knew nothing, did nothing and was extremely unhelpful. Worse experience Ive ever had. I wanted to give them no stars.

Unfortunately this was a horrible experience. 😞 I came in with my wedding party and found the wedding dress for my wedding, the stylist measured me and when the dress came in...it was 3 sizes too big! The top just falls off. I spoke with the manager...his response. "Well it takes some time for the dresses to come in so you must of lost weight." I was shocked! I am the same size that I was when the stylist measured me. I told him that and he said well I wasn't here that day to see your size and our stylist has been a stylist for a long time. So, I trust she measured you right. There is nothing we can do. My maid of honor was there with me, we asked for the dress to be returned and he said all sales are final. We asked if he would fix the dress and alter it and he said no. I then took the dress to davids bridal the next day. She measured me and said this dress is 3 sizes big and due to how much they would have to take in the dress and move lace, it would be 450 dollars to alter it! Do not come to Stephen's, the manager doesn't care at all and didn't try to make anything right. So so sad!

This was the best prom dress shopping experience. They had an amazing variety of different prom dresses with very reasonable prices! The staff was all helpful and friendly. Their seamstress is wonderful and insures you feel comfortable in your dress. Alterations are also very reasonably priced. Overall, it was a great experience.
