I've done business there for years! Great family business. If you want old time service then this is the place for you! All of the staff there are so helpful! Terry in particular does a fantastic job. Very friendly and respectful with the customers. Terry will size your foot, pull the boots you are interested in and fit you right. Terry is very knowledgeable about the products and can assist you in making a purchase you will be very happy with. VERY satisfied with all my interactions there!

Wonderful experience! Everyone is so nice, so helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable.
They greeted everyone that came in and took their time with every person in the store, our family of 5 included. Our 10 year old son said, "you don't usually see people this nice in stores anymore, it's nice to see people this nice!" And I couldn't agree more! We will most definitely be back! Thank you!!!

It was pretty cool, but to tell you how cool this place was I must first regale you with a story. A story about me. There I stood, bootless, my feet exposed to the outside. "Boo!" said my peers, who all had boots and were much cooler than I. So on one fateful and rather windy day, I drudged my bootless self to this store, and here they welcomed me as if I were family. Service in this store is immaculate. Within minutes they had fixed my bootless form and equipped me with a fresh new pair of my own. A lovely place, filled head to toe with boots of all different shapes and sizes. If you find yourself bootless with all your peers booing you, this is the only boot store I could recommend.
