The best and most reliable bike shop in the Bay. Ty and his Uncle provide fantastic customer services and always fixed any issues I've had. They never upsell and takes the time to give a thorough explanation of the issue. Also, they're always fully stock of components so never having to wait for parts is a huge plus. Highly recommended!!

Easy 5 star shop. Im from out of town and needed my noisy bottom bracket fixed. Called the shop and talked to Ty - explained my situation and he had my road bike fixed and buttoned up for me in THREE HOURS. Fair price, exceptional quality, and super professional. Would highly recommend this shop!

I have been wanting to write this for some years now. I was a long time and loyal customer. I bought bikes and all types of accessories, would get my bike repaired and maintained there. Followed them through 3 moves from Milpitas to North San Jose and then to the location in East San Jose. I stopped going there and refuse to go back. I think it is very important for a small family business to appreciate their loyal customer base. This abruptly changed when younger management came on board. No sense of community, and no willingness to help me with even the simplest of questions. After getting rebuffed a couple of times, it upset me to the point that i go elsewhere, where I my business is appreciated.

Very honest..he tells you consequences before he makes money that's fabulous..example the tire I had was for mountain bike and for a cruise bike this will slow down the Rollin. Someone else will have change it and make the money

These guys just rock, and here's why -- 1) they work fast, so you don't have to be without your bike for a long time. 2) They always give me a discount and let me know about deals on comparable products, so I know I'm always getting the best deal around. 3) They're honest. They've given me information upfront instead of just funneling me toward the more expensive thing. My husband just bought a bike from Sun and I'm glad he found what he wanted there, because I love giving business to locally-owned, good businesses. When he bought the bike, they told him about a special on that brand of bike, so he went ahead and bought a few accessories to go with it, and they even cut him a deal on the accessories. Nice!
