I had some shoes I really liked but wasn’t sure if was worth fixing. They gave a reasonable price on one pair and advised me against repairing the other. So honest! Anytime I need shoes repaired I know exactly who to trust and where to go. I wish there were more businesses like this in the world.

Really pleased with the service and did a great job on a pair of Birkenstocks - happy to have the soles like new rather than replacing the shoe. Got it done ahead of schedule too. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I have a pair of leather boots that had paint spray spots on them. Initially, it was recommended that the boots be dyed the same color and I agreed. When I went to pick them up, I was told he took a needle and picked off each speckles of paint, rather than dying the boots. With this process, he was able to keep the original color and polish them well. He is very honest with telling you what needs to be done with any pair of shoes for repair and provides good, quality work.

I have a pair of Asolo hiking boots with worn down heels. When I asked a sales person at REI about a place to repair them, she told me the best option would be to send them to the factory.
Looking at that option was a big "no go".
After a quick Google search, I found Sun West Shoe Repair and they did a fantastic job of replacing the worn heels.
Quick turnaround and a great price to boost.

Awesome job!! About to go across country on my motorcycle and one of the seems on my boot separated. They were able to squeeze me in and took care of the seem. 100% looks like factory. Can’t even tell where it was stitched! Will be back when it’s time to re-sole. Price was good too! A lot cheaper than $220 for new boots!! Thanks!

These guys are great. My work boots routinely pop the seems near my ankle. I bring them in and they fix them for less than $10 and the repairs outlast the other factory seams ( Timberland Pro, numerous pairs). They always seem to come back cleaner than when I drop them off as well. Have sent a lot of my coworkers here as well and we're all always taken care of!

I have been using SCW Shoe Repair for the past 25 years & they have consistently provided exceptional customer service at very reasonable prices! This past week, I brought in a soft-side suitcase with a broken handle that I thought might require stitching to repair. The son of the original owner (who is now the current owner) looked it over & showed me how a metal washer & screw attachment had fallen out. It was a real PIA for him to manipulate the replacement parts under the decorative end cover, but he graciously fixed it on-the-spot for only $14! When sincere customer service has become the exception, instead of the rule, it is my pleasure to promote this family-run small business.
