I was just introduced to your company with my daughters’ friend buying them dresses for their birthday. They are super cute but one was too short so I wanted to just exchange sizes. I was met at your store in Ala Moana by a sales associate that said she was not able to help me because I didn’t have a receipt. I was not trying to return it just exchange for a larger size. I understand you have rules and standards to protect your business but I am a new customer that is trying your product but feel unsatisfactory with just trying to get the correct size. I feel it’s important you know since service like this can ruin your business .

I have been following this brand since my daughter was born. She is now 4 years old and I have an 11 month old son who also already has a sweet sweet honey collection. The clothes are great quality and last a very long time. The designs are fun and the styles are comfortable for my babies! There is also great service and a fun environment in the store! Highly recommend this brand to all of my friends and family!

Cheaply made clothing that you can actually purchase in shein I'm sure they buy these outfits on shein and put their logo on them and charge them times the price. We bought outfits for the kids and after one wash they weren't even wearable they're so horribly made. Better to get quality clothes at other Hawaiian stores with better quality

I love this place! It's a sweet little store in Kamakana Ali'i. The fabric is so soft and their designs are so cute! Great place to buy baby shower stuff ❤️❤️

EDIT: I recently bought a long sleeve bathing suit for my daughter from here. The sleeve at the cuff is already unraveling. I emailed them requesting either a replacement or it to be fixed. Jennifer, the owner emailed me back asking if the bathing suit had been worn. I said yes. It's been worn twice. She emails me back telling me that they cannot refund me because it has already been worn. I email her back telling her that I really don't want a refund. I really like the bathing suit. I would like it to be fixed and they still haven't an email me back. I have bought tons of bathing suits from Target and this has never happened. For spending $52 on a child's bathing suit. It should hold up or they should adhere to some quality standard. I have literally spent hundreds of dollars here if not over $1,000 and I've sent 7 of my friends here and they've spent lots of money too. This is quite a bummer because I really loved this place. They just lost a customer.

Now that they’re at Kamakana, we go in every single time we’re there. We also always walk out with clothing for my 1 year old. ? So many cute designs, price ranges, colors, AND adult clothing, I enjoy the pick up option and am greeted upon entry every time. Definitely a shop we’ll continue to support.

Love the clothes and quality of everything! Ordered online and then finally visited the physical store when I visited home. My 2.5 yo son runs around in the clothes and it’s so breathable and easy for him to move in. Cef was awesome at the store. So nice to my kolohe kid as he made his way around the store. My wife sent back an order to exchange sizes after communicating back and forth with Jennifer. We got confirmation that the products had been received, but have not heard back from her since(it’s now been well over two weeks). So now we have no clothes, have not gotten any refund, and are out the cost of shipping.
