Our experience with Beth PARRIS was absolutely the best. She was so personally attentive to us and our property, plus such a really wonderful person. I would give her five stars. However my 4 star rating was based on how long it took to sell our house, the lack of social media outreach and no real marketing outreach beyond south central Indiana. Also we received a lot of negative feedback about the lack of lake frontage. I blame this primarily on the buyers’ agents not setting the proper expectations for how much lake access you get on these lakes for the price we listed. However we wonder what Sweetwater realty management could have done to better communicate what you can get for how much money on these lakes. Many of our showings were people that expected $1M frontage for $400k price. These improper expectations created a number of showings and related effort that probably shouldn’t have happened.
