I received a gift card for this butcher shop. Went in to see what all they had. Never shopped their before. Tried asking a couple questions about the meat and got treated as if I was interrupting them. Not friendly at all. Asked another question and got the shoulders shrug from her. I still have some money left on my card not sure if I want to give them anymore business, oh wait thay all ready got paid for it so yes I will finish the card off and not go back again.

We had a 1,500# beef processed here and only received about 450# of meat. Sloppy packing very uneven cutting on the steaks. Not to mention the steaks were wrapped in Glad wrap, not the standard butcher plastic. We also did not receive all of our requested cuts. For the price that they charge for processing everything should have been top notch and no corners cut. We learned a very expensive and frustrating lesson going here. We got back in contact with them trying to figure out where the rest of the meat was and tried to discuss the sloppy processing and very poorly packaged meat, but they were not seeing anything wrong. I will never recommend them to anyone, in fact I will be telling people to go anywhere but there. If I could I would give them negative 5 stars.

Very pleased with my steaks. Nice even cut. Hamburger had nice amount of fat in it, not too greasy. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
