I would say terrible customer service, but it's more accurate to say that customer service is nonexistent. Placed an order Oct 26 and was of course billed immediately but never received the merchandise. No one ever picks up the phone at the store, so I was forced to leave several voicemail messages that went unanswered, as did multiple emails. And this isn't the first order that this place messed up - from a previous order, I ended up with several incomplete uniform items. I will be recommending that the Order of Malta drop this business as a vendor.

My order, placed through T&T for agency uniforms, remains unfulfilled, and despite multiple inquiries via email over the past 5 months, I have yet to receive a response regarding the status.

I placed an order for five items. 11 weeks in and I have received only two items. I have reached out for status updates and have been ignored. Very disappointing.

Any update would make things okay. They had no problem charging me for everything immediately.

I will say the two items received were as described. But the uniform shirts of which were the intent and purpose for the order are no where to be seen, just like the status updates I requested.

I needed some patches and other random things to put on my uniform for work. Recently I have had several great interactions with a new employee name Satirah. She is extremely professional and has the best customer service skills I have seen in a longtime. The owners are awesome but Satirah takes the cake. Keep up the great job and I will continue to be a customer.

T&T is a great uniform store. The employees are always happy to help you out in whatever you may need. They are very fast and precise when it comes to having your uniforms worked on or updated. I took them 3 of my uniforms today to have ribbons sewn on, and I'm sure they will call me in just a day or two telling me they are all done. Thank you for everything T&T!!!

Awesome experience. I had what I considered an odd size and type of pants request (38 x 38), not only did Erin help me but she offered 3 different pant options at different price points to choose from... the size was not even an issue. Awesome. I will not shop anywhere else.
