This store is horrible at customer service. The blonde lady working the counter was rude and made a smart comment as I walked out of the store. This is the second time she has ad an attitude when dealing with her. Rather than commenting back (which I really wanted to) I decided to leave the store. This lady needs to be either trained or fired! I will be taking my money to a better business in town!!!

Terrible customer service. Placed an order on August 25th. They misspelled my last name, but promised to fix. I keep having to call them to see what the progress is on my order.....It's almost the new year and I still don't have my items. They've lost all my future business.

I have use the athlete for years for the annual 4th of July boat parade we always make matching shirts. Quality is great and price is very reasonable! Always done on time even short notice. I started my own small business last year and I just picked up my first order of t-shirts from them! I’m pretty proud of them and they look great!

Very reasonable prices. I have three children ages 21, 20 and 13. I've been buying their school gym uniforms (obviously the oldest two do not need them anymore) a total of 20yrs between all three of them. Both Southwestern Middle School and for McCutcheon High School. They have excellent prices and are always super friendly! My son lettered this year and I plan on buying his letter jacket from The Athlete.

Such an awful experience. First time ever stepping foot in that place and thought to myself “what a nice local sporting goods store” Went in trying to exchange an item for different size and was told it came from a different place and wasn’t them. I literally had shown them an email. Eventually later in the day I was told go back there because that was indeed the correct place this item came from. I was told “You didn’t say the correct information “ Mind you I LITERALLY had email with all the information from the very beginning. An older thin, short gentleman was very rude and wouldn’t even bother to look at me while the item was being replaced. Super dissatisfied with the service not helpful at all. The man acted as if I was a nuisance just being there. Never going back rather lose my money! Customer service not where you belong if you complain like that!

Super friendly staff! My dad and I bought my two younger brother and sister letterman jackets for Christmas. Since my two younger siblings didn't know about it, it was tough trying to get their patches and all that. They understood what we were trying to do and helped us figure out what size, style, and when we're able to pick it up. We were on a time crunch and The Athlete really delivered! I'm super happy with serive and how the jackets turned out! My younger siblings were delighted to see them too!

The Athlete branded a basketball for my nephew. The job was subpar at best. The employees/owner didn’t feel that it was a bad job. After much complaining, our money was refunded. However, they refused to fix the problem or make a new ball. They feel they didn’t do a bad job. Bad business. We have been getting this branding on basketballs done for several years. So sad that they wouldn’t make it right for my 9 year old nephew. Our families will no longer be shopping at the Athlete. You decide if it is a subpar job.
