What's going on, Atlanta, and people of McDonough GA. I'm from Atlanta. My truck is down transmission went out. My truck is down at the Kenworth dealership and was tired of sitting around the room. I wanted a pair of tennis shoes so I stopped in here by this place. The Athlete's Foot on 10/30/24 it was about 17:00. Worst mistake ever no customer service. No greeting, no welcome, nothing. How this place remains in business is shocking to me. A lady came from back, looked at me, looked around, and went right back from where she came from behind the curtain. People don't waste your time.
Coming here or you're money.
If a business can not respect you and acknowledge you once your inside makes you feel welcome that you choose this place to conduct your business because you had a choice. Don't spend your money nor waste your time. It's not worth it. Customer service is everything in the trucking business. Remember, drivers stay safe, and we move the WORLD ?

Very bad service I just went to this store and all the time they ignored me the two women who were there I first asked them for a size of some sneakers and only she started talking to a man who arrived later and didn't buy anything then the other I approached to ask her the size of the shoe and. And she said that I had to withdraw further behind her and that right now she attended me making fun of me with the person who was after the other woman who finished talking told me what size I needed I told her and another costumer asked her for another size and first she attended to her ignoring me at all times I left the store since I understood that they didn't want to attend to me I was really going to buy some sneakers for my son I ask the owners please to have people more prepared for customer service it's very unpleasant That they ignore you just because they don't feel like taking care of you

Purchased 586.00 in shoes for my grandkids, my daughter told me one pair was a little big. I told her to take them back with the receipt went in and they told her they could not exchange it because it was after nine days that’s the most absurd thing I have ever seen first all they were a gift, and who would ever think that with a receipt you could not even as much as exchange the shoes, this is the worst of the worst do not shop here .

I took my grandson there today to purchase some shoes for his birthday tomorrow. The ladies were very kind, friendly and attentive. The store was nice and clean with an inviting atmosphere.

I visited this store with my busy toddler to get him some shoes, it was a rough day. The manager Mauricia came over, was very friendly, and helpful with assisting me with finding the right shoes for the kiddo. She listened, was very kind, found the proper size for his foot, and was very patient with us. Overall a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!

I have never been so shocked on the level of unprofessionalism of the management team. I been hung up on while I was asking a question. It Christmas and my son bought some shoes that was on sale. After paying $75 he finds the shoes that he wants. They will not give him his $ back only exchange. The shoes are not worn it was bought literally 2 days ago. The district manager is very unprofessional hung up on my face when asked the policy and why other locations will give the refund as paid for. Do yourself a favor shop where it is no a franchise location! They are obviously hard up for $

Staff was not there to work. One staff member was dressed in plain attire. I didn’t even know he worked there until i asked. Then his nonchalant behavior deterred me from even continuing my search for shoes. The selection is really limited. I thought it was a savior for a last minute purchase. But i still needed to hit a mall.

Bad Bad Business!!! I visited this location on 3/14/20 and found a great pair of Nike's on sale for $49.99. I tried them on, loved them & asked for the mate so that I could buy them.The salesperson retrieved the mate from the wall which ALSO was marked $49.99 & proceeded to ring the shoes up for $69.99!!!!! When I questioned the price, the manger said that someone must have mis-marked them but they can't honor the price!!! The RIGHT thing to do was to take the $20 loss and make the sale....but NO! The manager was useless & they weren't even sorry!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!
