I stopped in the shop to browse this elegant shop today. I was warmly greeted by Kristi. Kristi showed me the endearing brand enewton that it is gold filled/waterproof jewelry. I loved it! Kristi is a sweet professional with a big heart representing the store beautifully! Thank you for the fun experience!!

Purchased silver earrings granted they weren't sterling, didn't wear them in pool or gulf only when I returned home to Illinois. The silver was peeling off the earrings, returned via $5.00 mail to store, have not heard from Bronze Lady regarding this matter. Received call from Bronze Lady will issue credit for earrings. Certainly upgrading my review!!

I visited The Bronze Lady yesterday as I do every time I’m at the Pass. The difference was Tracey!!!!! I can not say enough about her. Genuine customer service and sale’s experience. She did not hover over my husband and i, she just jumped in to graciously help when she knew we were ready. She made our experience a great one!! 5 stars for her and 5 stars for the shop!

Wow! I'm visiting from out of town with some of my friends all the way from Alabama. I fell in love with this jewelry store! I was looking for "Enewton," and they had a great selection. Savannah, a sales associate, approached me and was so nice! She assisted me and even put the necklace on for me! She is wonderful and provides excellent customer service!
