Drove an hour to pick up a phone I ordered online here. Was told "I wasn't the first person who had had this problem and that they didn't really have the phone. Someone from customer service will reach out to you by the end of the day to cancel my order." So as opposed to calling me themselves in the morning, they let me drive an hour out of my way to tell me they didn't have my product. They were completely aware of who I was and why I was there. I have been told that I shouldn't be able to place an order unless the phone is in stock, and that many stores will just say they are out of stock for upgrades due to the commission structure. Needless to say, regardless of whether they were truthful or not, they chose to not call me and tell me themselves. And if they don't have the phone, they clearly aren't doing much to get the problem fixed. Won't be back.

The young lady was very nice and professional even under extreme duress with the payment system not working. She took her time to provide the best level of customer service and pricing. My only disappointment was that she never told me about the activation fee which appeared on my new bill which was quite a shock and I was not offered a choice of colors on the phone. I would have loved to have had the metallic or blue but it was not offered or even mentioned

Mixed Feelings here. On one hand they are usually solid folks who understand what they are doing and are helpful. On the other hand, I got sold phone insurance here that I am not a fan of.

Alexis was amazing! Never have we upgraded phones and had it be so quick and easy. Not only was it fast but everything single thing transferred from contacts , text messages, to even the ring tone we had set on the old phone!! Made learning the new phone super easy!! Thank you Alexis!!! 🙂

Staff is very friendly but there is always a wait time and I had to buy a SIM card for $10 even though they are free from Verizon. If I need to switch phones or any other Verizon service, I go here.

These ladies helped us as we were heading through Vincennes to an event. Phone emergency lead us to stop there. I accidentally forgot my box with all my new accessories. They met me at the store after midnight to get whst i had left since I was from out of town. Customer service doesn't get better than that! Thanks Again Girls!!!!!!
