Kiera, the employee we worked with, was great! She thoroughly explained each step of the journey and the issues that poor feet posture cause. If you are having any problems with foot pain, you should at least try out the program.

I’d seen the commercials but was skeptical about the results that were portrayed however after a year and a half of hip pain I was willing to try anything at this point. We went to the Good Feet store in Greenwood and were greeted by Kiera. She took about an hour to explain the product and take measurements of my feet to ensure that sizing was perfect. I couldn’t be more pleased with the support she provided by answering all of my questions and making sure I was completely comfortable with all four types of inserts and the Brooks shoes that we tested with. She was a true professional who was very knowledgeable on the product design and lifetime warranty. I wish I hadn’t waited because after just a few hours I noticed a big difference in my gait. Many thanks to Kiera for her help with this purchase!

I am having severe issues with one foot pronating. Additionally, one foot is an entire size larger. I wear a women’s 12 on one foot and a 13 on the other. I’m on my feet all day at work.
Matthew was the absolute BEST at assisting me with solutions! We discussed several options & he was very considerate of my concerns! Thanks to Matthew, I have a great place to look for footwear!
