It took 2 weeks for me to get the 3 shirts that I ordered and one of them was the incorrect size. The order form was in the package so I don't know how hard it is to double check. And also when ordering these shirts their system charged my card twice but said it didn't go threw. Thankfully my bank corrected the error because I emailed my bank. I emailed their customer service about this as well but they never emailed me back. They could have at least said the issue was resolved. Poor customer service I am very disappointed with them.

A large range of t-shirts, sweatshirts, and golf style apparel. Would like to see more fill-zip sweatshirts and dri-fit golf style shirts (the fabric on the ones in stock seem like they would not be moisture-wicking).

The most well kept and welcoming swag store I've EVER been to. P-e-r-i-o-d!

First and foremost; I walked in on game day and was from a rival city; solely here to support a family member playing for IU.

Secondly; the staff is kind and professional; was given some joking grief but everything was tasteful. This store was clean and organized; to which I truly wish every campus clothing store across the board was like this. If I ever had to come back or recommend a store, this would be THE PLACE to go.

Third; this place has all the apparel you could be looking for. The store is evenly split between men and women with a solid amount for all the sports gear. You'll have no problem finding something to wear.

I was impressed with the organization and cleanliness of the store. The staff was welcoming and helpful. There was a wide selection of swag at decent prices. A must stop for any Hoosier fan.

Great selection of IU branded clothing items. Was a bit disappointed that I couldn't find my "old school" style ID/card holder keychain, but that's what you get for not visiting a place for 23 years.

Extensive array of fan gear for IU fans. Great sales. Lots of neat items to look at. Wish the kids section was a bit larger for our littlest fans.
