I came in pretty close to closing, and had a good idea of what I wanted so I wasn’t planning on lingering. There were two employees there. One did not acknowledge me whatsoever, even though I was clearly standing in front of the shoe display with a pair of shoes in my hands. However, she was quite quick to greet the ladies that came in right after me and rushed over to assist them!

The other employee was very helpful, made great suggestions, and was quick to check sizes for a couple of pairs of shoes I was looking at.

I’ve been to this store several times, as the location and hours are convenient for me. While it ended positively, this particular interaction really soured things for me.

My mother was very new to the store and while she was helped quite a bit, she was told she could return her item should it not work out. She was not told that it would only be given back as store credit and so she ended up having to purchase overpriced pajamas just to use the credit.

Just received our order and we are very pleased. Itsy Bitsy was suggested to me while I was online shopping for sandals for my daughter. I found sandals at a great price and a few other goodies on sale. I usually hate paying for shipping but it was a reasonable amount for quick shipping so I was happy to do it. My daughter is in love with the dress I got on clearance, I think it will become her new fav, and I’m happy to have found a small business to support.

I find things here that are really classic and comfortable for my kids. Bitsy does an excellent job of presenting charming pieces at a variety of price points. Really helpful and nice staff too.

I couldn’t love this store more. I chose to come here to buy a coming outfit for my baby due in April but did not want to know the gender yet, so the lady behind the counter happily looked at my envelope and gift wrapped the package for me so it would stay a surprise. Excellent customer service, absolutely adorable selection of baby and children’s clothing. Could not recommend it more.

This store has quality children’s clothing. I find things here that are really classic and comfortable for my three boys. Kids clothes today can be cheap and generic but Itsy Bitsy does an excellent job of presenting charming pieces at a variety of price points. Really helpful and nice staff too.
