Not a good experience. Local dealers and predators in front and around place. Rude un helpful black or woman at register. She barley opened her mouth and didnt know answer to my question about pricing. Went out to car asked wife a question, The white woman was helpful. She offered suggestions and knew answer to my pricing question. Wow what a difference. I would have gone somewhere else if not for her. I value where I spend my money now. Poor CS is just that. Bad area or not.

Awful service. Was charged 81.99 for a bottle labled on the shelf for 41.99. Went back in after I checked receipt. Said it was marked wrong... a whole row marked wrong? That's FALSE ADVERTISING. Then I was told they can't do anything about it and ide have to call a manager Monday morning! Avoid this place. Publix LIquor store doesn't treat people like this.

It's in a rough area of the city, yet, as a patron for more than fifteen years, I nave never experienced the interactions typical of the type of environment, whether within the establishment or outside. Courtesy, professionalism and respect here and prices are astonishingly good for the products that they carry.

Both their online hours and hours posted on the front of the store state they are open until 1 AM on Saturday. Just went by at 12:30 AM and they were closed, locked up. Lost money!

Went there for liquor ended up getting our car hit. Cashier told us to come in the next morning because that’s when we could have the owner look at the video because it was a rental car and we needed the other cars information. We went in the next day he was very rude from the start. We told him what happen and that we leave out later that day and he said that he couldn’t look at the video, that he’d look at it on his time. Vivic kumar is rude af, we should’ve just called the police and forced him to review the video and give it to us through a police report. Wouldn’t recommend going there. The liquor is a small variety to choose from anyways.

Was making a vday basket & need stuff to put in it employee was so sweet she helped me find exactly what I needed & always gave me good advice on things to use at other stores great customer service & prices I highly recommend.
