My husband pulled me in to choose between two necklaces he was eyeing for me. I chose and the salesperson asked if he made a decision kinda rudely, then came over to take it off the rack, she then placed it in a baggie and it was 35$. It wasn’t until I went to put it on a few streets down that we noticed it was a child size chain. Did not fit, and we were already blocks away. She knew it was for me, watched me choose a stone, then sold me a child’s item (a choker if I’m being generous, but those aren’t usually SS) with no mention at all. I can only assume she just wanted to mind her business was, but as a retail person myself, I’m honest with customers when something’s not right. I should have looked more closely at the chain, that’s my fault for assuming it was adult sizing. The stone is beautiful, and I’ll reset it in another chain here at home, but this was sadly the standard experience with shops in Sedona. Enjoy the nature, avoid the shopping.

Two adults shopping for the first time at The Naja and throughout our brief (less than 5 minute) visit, the lady behind the counter was nothing but rude and nasty to a large number of people, for what seemed like no good reason. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but a number of people who were standing outside the store starting chatting about the rudeness and all said they wouldn't want to spend a dime there. Unless the lady is the owner, hopefully this review will alert the owner so something can be done. Her behavior is undoubtedly undermining sales.

Lady working, short grey/white hair, was rude and nasty to many shoppers. Ran out to the fountain and was nasty to a small child, grabbed his arm to pull him off the bench seat he was walking on. Many people walked out and made comments about not buying anything there. Dont take a picture of anything to send to someone to see if they want it, she will scream at you as well.

Easily the best souvenir shop in Sedona! We were served by Aubrey, she is such a lovely girl! Very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this shop to visitors! It's the one with the largest variety of goods, and also the cheapest on the parade! Thank you!

Unique items, I like the way the store is divided and it's ambiance. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly, when I walked in I was greeted and given the names of everyone there if I needed help they all said hi to me. I had no issue spending my money on some souvenirs there!
