Was extremely courteous and professional, I called 7 different stores and chose him. He was the only store to not tell me they might crack my screen to replace the battery. The job was done fast and he was able to get the part he needed by the time he said he'd be able to. Would recommend heavily to anyone needing ANY kind of phone serviced.

The best smartphone service and repair in town. I went to the others and got a blank stare when they saw my Razr 2020. I like this phone, I thought it was unrepairable after checking around the web 2 years ago. Suddenly I stumbled upon a replacement screen, so I took the flip phone out of the drawer, where it was for 2 years, brought it to the Phone Doc and the next day it was running like new! I have a Razr 2024, and it's not as good as this Razr 2020, definitely worth the cost of repair.
