I love love love going here. I hardly ever walk out empty handed. I love the owner, she is a very dear Friend. I love that I can feel like a teen whenever I wear something from here. And most of the time, I love to put on something that I purchased and wear it out of the shop. My kids get me things from here, they know I will love what ever they get. Here are a few items that I have. Once you go there, you will want to keep going, they always have new arrivals. ✌?❤️?

I went to shop here for the first time and when I walked in things started off great. Me and my mother were greeted by the assumed owner and she made sure to let us know that if we needed anything she’d be there to help. Then she goes on her way to continue working. I quickly found the items that I was looking for and went to peer around at some of the other things that I thought were cute considering I was going to make a purchase of multiple things. However another employee who goes by the name of Kennedy, watched me walk to the wall of jeans and continued to stare at me. I payed no mind because I was just looking to see if there were any cute jeans that I’d want. But the staring quickly turned into her sauntering up and snatching the dresses out of my hand and saying “I’ll get a dressing room started” which quickly threw me off because I wasn’t done looking and I didn’t ask for a dressing room yet. I would have just chalked it up to her doing that for all the customers however she had an incredibly offensive look on her face when she peered at me which let me know that it was all about how I looked. I never have been the type to chalk anything up to racism but me and my mother were very clearly the only black women in the store and no one else was done the same way. So I quickly went and told my mother that I wasn’t going to make the purchase and why. so she went with me to the dressing room as I explained what had happened and yet again KENNEDY happened to be standing there mean mugging me and my mother. I had been so excited to visit the refinery for a while and had just never got to it. However it’s safe to say I will never be back even though Lisa was really nice. Something’s can’t be fixed when you keep terribly rude employees regardless if your related or not

My wife and I were blown away with the service and selection! We were there on Sunday and it was extremely busy, but we were very well taken care of. The quality and selection were amazing! Jonesboro is Blessed to have this store, owners and employees! We drove 1.5 hours each way and we will again!

Not everyone who "stops in" is familiar with their return policy. We bought a cute pair of white boots which were 50% off (still a $50 pair of boots). They had a few scuffs on them that the sweet lady at the register told us would easily come off. She failed to tell us however that the sale was FINAL (even Dillards gives u 3 days to return sale items). We returned within HOURS of purchase to return them and were told at that time we could not. I calmly explained to them that I was literally just hours from buying. They did not return my money but did at least offer a gift card for money wasted. They need to better train their workers to make their return policy known to their customers. Gave them the 2nd star for at least applying money lost toward an in-store credit.

They always have super cute clothes, but the costumer service is very hit and miss. I had a girl that was super sweet and helpful in store. Bragged on her to other people. Then, I called the store as directed by another worker. On two different occasions they answered my question, but it felt like they were very annoyed at me and my question. They were also just kind of rude about me a calling, but advised me to call again. :/Customer service is important to me. I don’t think anybody should feel bad after a store experience. Two different experiences, but love the store and the items in it.

I’m from out of town and have come into this store a few times and they have the cutest things! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Abby for tirelessly helping me pick out the best clothes for me and personally cutting my jeans off because they were too long for me! So fun! Highly recommend!

I have ordered from The Refinery a few times and each time the customer service has been impeccable! This last time I placed a decent sized order and two of the items were accidentally forgotten in the shipment. I simply called them. They fixed it immediately and were so apologetic! Life happens. People make mistakes. They didn’t need to apologize profusely, but they did and even sent me the cutest pair of earrings to match my shirt that had been forgotten in the first shipment as a way of apologizing yet again! They go above and beyond for their customers! Every single item I have ever ordered from them has been even better than I expected! The items are reasonably priced and made of good material that doesn’t fall apart after the first wash! Talk about a small business that has it all right!

I am new to town, saw the store window and decided to swing in while my spouse went into Starbucks. From the moment I walked in NO ONE greeted me NO ONE asked me if I was looking for anything specific nor did they even say they would help me at all. I walked the whole store with 3 women in there and they didn’t even acknowledge I was there until my spouse came in and I told him I was ready to leave and then one woman said “have a nice day.” WOW not only was it disappointing bc I was in there to purchase and would have bc they have some cute things but the fact I was completely ignored(and I believe bc I was in my moving clothes) just a suggestion maybe treat everyone the same and definitely speak to each person that walks in bc you never know what they r there to spend.
