Please keep in mind, it may say they’re open Monday to Friday online but in the reality, they’re only open Tuesday and Thursday. Here’s the picture of their schedule. I hope yall don’t waste your gas or time if you’re driving, walking or taking the bus like I did.

Understaffed and left several voicemails and emails with no response

The hours posted online say they are open until 6. I went with van full of kids clothes that were all like new. I started unloading-the door is never open and you have to knock to get help. A man walked up and said they closed at 5. Before I could say anything he said the hours posted online are wrong and the website is controlled by someone in indianapolis. So obviously I am not the first person who came before 6 thinking they were open. I'm going to assume that if someone from the bloomington location called indianapolis they would have the ability to change the 6 to a 5. and if some part is open until 6 but not the thrift store, I bet they could type that in too. Doing nothing about incorrect information is not the way to run things. I drove over to goodwill and a very nice man there took everything out for me and I was on my way.

Books a dollar but everything else overpriced. $15 for a tropical shirt. Went on Saturday for 50% off day. They opened the door and we saw employees grabbing oil lamps and high dollar items and took them to the back so no one could buy them at half price. OMG I’ll never go back

Nope 👎🏻 this place is beyond disorganized. I called to schedule a pickup of 4 bags of clothes & a box of books . They scheduled me for a Friday 3 weeks later. I called the day of to double check the time & was told by a very rude woman who was the person I’d spoken to 3 weeks earlier that there was no pickup scheduled for me and proceeded to put me on hold several times and eventually hung up on me. I called back and got the voicemail. This is how you treat people who donate ?

The hours posted are for social services and the food pantry, NOT the thrift store. They're two separate buildings on the same block. The thrift store DOES open at 10am.

Little frustrated to be here at 449pm, and the doors are locked when hours state you're open to 5pm
