I had an excellent experience today! The ladies were so welcoming, helpful and patient. I was so indecisive picking my scrub pants. I didn't feel watched at all. I will definitely return to get more uniforms. They had a great variety!

Probably the most rewarding experience I have ever had ordering scrubs for our office. Samantha was so kind and helpful. The store is conveniently located and exceptionally clean and neat. So I just got hired at an animal hospital, needed scrubs so I came here to The Uniform Outlet. I was quickly greeted by the new manager Sam. Having no clue about scrubs, she helped me pick out different brands/colors of scrubs that I was interested in and provided great customer service. Very helpful and sweet manager! My experience shopping there was awesome with the help of the new manager, until
one employee ticked me off. There was an old lady that was working there, she had a bad attitude with me when I was looking around the store. Also very hostile towards me when she asked if I left some clothes in the fitting room.. I was very displeased with that employee!!

I had to purchase scrubs for a new job last week and was really dreading it. I was welcomed the moment I walked in and everyone in the store was very friendly and pleasant. Emily and Jesse were very attentive and helped me find the colors I needed and even suggested a brand that I fell in love with. I have shopped at other uniform stores around the area and have to say this store was the most helpful and friendliest one Ive been to. I live in Macon but will be driving to Byron for anything I need from now on!

My go-to store!! This store is about 70 miles from home and worth the trip. One of my favorite brands is Heartsoul which they almost always have. When what I want is not in the store, the clerk says “We can order it.” The store is clean, organized, and very welcoming. I met Samantha on my most recent trip and Omrina about two months ago. These ladies are so sweet, attentive, and helpful. Great customer service!! Thanks so much.

I would give a zero if I could. I am from out of town and have been here twice. Both times I have been treated badly. The workers were rude and unwilling to assist me. I thought maybe the first lady was having a bad day, but the second lady treated me even worse. It wasn't what she said it was her shortness and tone of voice. I truly felt unwelcomed and will never return nor recommend this business to anyone. It's sad that I came so far to give them my money but was made to feel so bad. I spent $120.00 the first time and $143 the second time. I liked the product, but if it wasn't for my daughter I would not have purchased it.
