I’m really happy with the Friendly service I received from Tracy the salesperson and Myron the financial guy!! Real nice people! Ask me what I was looking for and what I wanted to use it for. Gave me lot of information. Answered questions and explained to me options and showed me different options also. Was willing to work with me makin a deal on one I picked. And pricing with options I wanted on it. Very Good people to work with!! I’m Very Happy with my Kawasaki mule 4x4. 😃

Paula is AWESOME. She works the Service Desk and is by far the sweetest employee. Anytime I have questions or just wanna talk while I wait on some tires to be mounted she’s there for it. Would recommend Thorntons to anyone, they do quality work and will make sure you are taken care off. The Pictures attached are my 3 bikes that they have mounted tires on for me front and rear. Guys back in the shop do awesome work and have never bent or scratched a wheel as you would expect.

As I was looking for a cycle shop close to home, and preferably a smaller business, I came across Thorntons in Versailles IN. Never having been there, I read up on them and decided to give them a call. I noticed their slogan was “we will work hard to earn your business”.
Well, I wasn’t disappointed! They returned my call promptly and I talked with their very knowledgeable salesman Tracy. He invited me to come down and see their selection, discuss options and see if we could find a good fit in a bike for my 12 yr old son. They have a huge selection of youth bikes!
Tracy was polite, professional, absolutely excellent at answering my questions, and I felt completely confident in his opinion. He explained things well and never talked down to me.
We decided on a bike and I met with their office manager Myron.
Myron was engaging, friendly, and was super efficient in getting my title work drawn up. We made arrangements to have the bike delivered at a later date and I was in and out of there in less than an hour.
I felt valued and respected as a customer. That goes a long way with me! I will gladly refer other clients to Thorntons as they are obviously a 5 star business.
Great job gentleman at providing a positive experience for this boy mom who doesn’t know a whole lot about bikes. My son will be thrilled Christmas morning because of you all. Looking forward to doing future business!

Family-owned and operated for almost fifty years, with a knowledgeable, friendly staff. You can't beat a reputation like Thornton's! Between their Vintage Bike Show in August and their ATV Rally in June, they keep the summer lively.

Searching for the right bike for our 8 year old, my husband & I decided on the 2021 Honda CRF110... then came the problem of finding one before his birthday. We live near Dayton, Ohio and traveled to our more local shops only to realize what we wanted would have to be ordered and definitely would not be in time for our guy's birthday. Luckily came across Thornton's from looking on CycleTrader.com and when I called to inquire about their available bikes, they had 2 of what we were looking for! Tracy was very friendly, knowledgable and provided the best customer service! We made the hour and 45 minute drive and it was well worth it! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!
