My husband and I started out working with Michael, who was a huge help in helping us find an SUV. Michael, Brian, Travis, Diego and many others were patient, respectful and communicative. We had to bring in our toddler and they never complained about how much we had to move around with him or when he would get irritable. Buying a car takes time, but the entire team at Tillery made it stress free. We walked in expecting way less, all the way from deals to customer service. Special thanks to Diego, because he really was a gem to work with.

The people at the service desk are really nice but had issues the both times I took my 2022 Denali 2500 in for service. The first time I took in and got home, 1 /2 hour drive, I found all the grease joints were completely dry. The second time I took it in there were finger prints on the door and the quarter panel and drivers side rear door had been sprayed with DEF which left a white film on my paint which did not come off with a wet cloth. Both times the service manager was contacted and I was told he would get a back to resolve the issue. I’m still waiting on a call. Thought some kind of compensation would be offered but nothing. A change to my review. The GM called me and did offer me a free oil change bug more importantly said he would look into it. I’m hoping the next service is without issues.

Bought a used truck 2-22-25 and was told the shock and windshield would be fixed. Today is 3-31-25, finally scheduled repairs due to death in my family but I’ve been here since 8:25am. 2 people that were involved with our purchase have walked by me SO MANY TIMES, and have not acknowledged me nor touched base with me regarding the scheduling of my repairs. I’m told several different times already by service gals when I ask, and I’m still waiting. Oh. PS, my mom is currently in the emergency room and the dealership waiting area is NOT where I need to be! Show me one good Chevrolet dealership, just one- cause our experience has not been good the past several years.

The Service Dept at Tillery Chevrolet is amazing! We were driving through, and had a problem with our car. They really fixed us up fast and saved the day! Got us on our way. Such nice people!

Great customer service and friendly staff. Had extreme car issues on Thursday evening ,stopped by the dealership at 7, asked what they closed, approximately an hour ago, what can they help us with. Told them the issue and what we may be looking for in a replacement vehicle. They showed us where the new and used vehicles were, any questions, we said not now, they asked if we needed a ride to eat? We said no, we'd see them at 9 in the morning. Javan and Michael were both there at 08:30 and met us at the door. Michael showed us the 2 cars we decided on, explained the options, Javan explained the prices and trade in options, done deal. Thanks again to Michael Teel the his patience on explaining the new high tech screen, little different than the last new car we purchased, a1977 Mercury Marquis. Great experience, no pressure sales. Thanks Tillery Chevrolet staff.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Tillery Chevrolet in Moriarty NM. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The salesperson Brian was knowledgeable about the vehicle and Eduardo Perez was especially helpful and went out of his way to address last minute questions I had. The GM at this location Mr Ali Vafee is a gem!
