Excellent cobbler who is very skilled. Brought 2 pairs of designer Italian boots and was so happy with quality of repairing worn tips and heels. Highly recommend for any fine shoes or bags repairs! So grateful to have this masterful craftsman in the area and very nice customer service ! They also carry a nice selection of comfortable, European shoes for sale as well, for a very reasonable prices.

I was in desperate need of help. I had a new pair of expensive shoes purchased out of state so return was not viable. It was a somewhat small repair but they took care of my problem immediately while we waited. They could not have been more helpful or more gracious. I will be giving them additional business soon! Excellent work every time. I’ve never been dissatisfied with anything they’ve ever worked on for us. They fixed my torn leather boot and you wouldn’t even be able to tell it was ever torn. They also replaced the Velcro in our knee guards, they’re stronger than they were when I first bought them. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my dilapidated and busted shoes and those that just need some help to TIP TOP for a few years. They are fabulous. I have never been disappointed. And on top of that, they always come back looking so revived. Thank you.

I guess if you have working class cowboy boots they won't consider helping you. My nice,15 year old boots couldn't get a small repair. Shop is tiny and smells bad of chemicals. BAD. Maybe only fix clogs, or brand new items.

FANTASTIC repair on a LV bag. Quick turnaround. You would never know this bag was repaired. Price of repair reflected the quality work. Will def recommend Tip Top!

This is the second pair of shoes I have taken in recently. The first pair had the leather tongue stitched back in place. They are at least 30 years old and well made but not worn too often nowadays but still thought worth repairing for when my husband needed a dressy pair. He (I knew right away this was a new owner) did a great job at a fair price. The boots in the picture I decided to take in at the last minute to have polished. I was on the fence thinking I could do this myself but these are good quality shoes and I didn't have any good quality polish so I thought I would just pop in and see what the price would be and if they could be done ASAP. Went to pick them up the next day and said to myself it was worth every penny. $12 and they looked great ...as in brand new great!!! But would they hold up? So far so good - the only shoes I took on my trip and walked everywhere. They still look great! I was so impressed it made me want to give a positive shout out for a job well done! May 2022 Update - just had my daughter's Birkenstocks redone as a surprise for her 22nd birthday. You can no longer buy the strap style she had and the straps still looked really good (for two years old and tons of year round wear!) but she is hard on the footbeds and they were worn out and needed totally new ones. It was $100 + tax to put new and official Birkinstock bottoms on them but they looked amazing and made the gift special (she is a recent Environmental Studies/Sustainability graduate). Another great job @ Two Top!! (added a pic but forgot to take one right away so you can see she has worn them a few times!)
