I am very disappointed to post this after I thought I could trust Tire Barn to stay true to their word, but here it goes anyway.

On 9/24/24 Tire Barn replaced all 4 tires on my wife's car. After arriving home I looked at her wheels and noticed scratches in perfect circles around each rim. I quickly called tire Barn to inform them and was told to come by to show the manager.
After bringing it by tire Barn and told that it was indeed their fault as well as explaining how their machine caused it, I was told to await a call on how they would be handling the situation.
Once I heard back a couple days later, I was told that I would be receiving a full refund for the work completed that day(totaling 1,039.87). I happily accepted that as recourse for what happened and was told they would need to get it approved by higher management and would see the refund 7-10 business days after that. Several days later I was told it was approved and waited my 7-10 business days.
Those days came and went...and went. I called on two separate other occasions after waiting very patiently for this refund and was told each time by the store manager (Levi?) that he was so sorry it still was not resolved and would reach out to his boss to get it resolved and call back. This never happened and every time I called, I would need to re explain the situation and met with the same apologies.
I just don't care to be nice about it anymore. Give me my money back like I was promised.

We brought our vehicle here in mid-July because we had uneven tire wear on the front tires. Usually, we have a local shop that does all mechanical work on our vehicle, but they were unable to get us in before we had to make a road trip. Suspecting this was an alignment issue, I brought it here. They replaced a tie rod end and aligned it. I put four new tires on it the same day (I purchased the tires through Sam’s). Fast forward to November 17. I noticed a strange sound while driving and stopped to look around. When I turned the wheel to inspect the tires, I found the same uneven tire wear on the inner tires. One was worn down to the point where wires were showing. I was able to get it in to the local shop this time and they informed me that it was out of alignment, which was causing the tire wear. I explained what had transpired up until that point. They found that one of the camber bolts was not fully secured from where it had been aligned before. They went ahead and aligned it. They printed out their notes, as well as the alignment report and receipt. I took all of this to Tire Barn. Although polite, the employee stated that he didn’t see how they could do anything for me as I took it somewhere else. After paying Tire Barn +$300 to fix a problem that was not fixed, I was not going to take it back to them. I explained that to the employee. He told me that he didn’t believe the bolt was not secure and also stated that alignment needs checked every 6 months. It has not even been 6 months and two of my four month old tires were ruined. He told me that he would speak to the store manager about it and have him call me. That call never came. I called their corporate number and the person stated that they would have the regional manager contact me. She requested I send pictures of the tires, as well as the documentation from the other shop. I sent all the requested information and no one ever contacted me. I had heard of other people having issues here, but have been coming here for over 15 years and never had a bad experience until now. I will never go back and would advise others to go somewhere else.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! They put deep scratches into my rims while changing my tires on Sunday. They said their machine messed up and that they would order new rims and get it changed this week. Now I can’t get ahold of them. When I call, the call center answers and tries to call the store, but every time they say the manager is busy and that I will get a call back and they NEVER call back. I have tried several times over the last few days!!!

So they have destroyed my property and now they are dodging my calls. I will be contacting BBB with the photos of my wheels beforehand and afterwards. I will also be uploading a picture of the letter they gave us stating they would replace the rims.

Thank you guys; this is what I call excellent service. One of my loaded fleets, en route to California, had a flat tire on the west end of Indiana. Tire Barn Warehouse was the saving grace. They attended to the driver with speed and courtesy, and most surprisingly, they charged $0.00. I am not sure how to explain this but to say this is doing business with a human face. Thank you, Tire Barn Warehouse; you just won my fleet!

This place has really gone downhill. If this review is seen by the owner, this may be time for a change. I bought four brand new tires there two years ago and my experience was really good. I brought it in on a Friday night to leave there all day Saturday because I’m a busy person and I don’t have time during the week. I was never called, the so-called manager at the store said he called but it went straight to voicemail. I didn’t have a missed call. I didn’t have a voicemail. I called on a Sunday to ask if it was done and they said they wouldn’t touch my car because it has a two-piece rim. It had the same rims two years ago when they sold me $2000 plus worth of tires. They were not helpful. They were not polite. Save your automated response. I will find another tire company to help me with my tires. I will also find another tire company when I go to replace my wife’s car’s tires, my recreational vehicle tires and my fleet tires for my business. It’s too bad that Customer Service has declined this badly.

Had amazing customer service experience. We came in on a Sunday with a Go-Kart tire that the valve stem was knocked off by my daughter. Within 3 mins, they had it changed, and I was ready to go. The staff was nice and friendly, and the store was not busy at all on Sunday. I will be back.

Absolutely a joke. Had new tires put on last week, which took over 2 hours. They managed to damage all 4 of my rims on my car and somehow didn't notice the damage. Showed it to the store manager, Zak. The staff admitted that the same thing just happened to a rim prior to mine being done so they obviously knew something was wrong with the machine. Store manager said he would replace it this week which I did get in writing. Didn't offer any discount off the new tires for the overall inconvenience of having to spend more time to take it back and have it redone. Days pass still haven't heard back on any kind of status. Wife has called multiple times on different days, and the manager is always too busy and has never returned our call. Seems like they want us to just eventually forget about it which is why I decided to write this review. Planning to go in person and press legal action if they don't honor the repairs.

Had difficulty removing lug nuts on my GMC Sierra and am grateful that they were able to work me in on a busy Labor Day and take care of them.
