Had no issue with this place, thought it was great until I bought a mod. I was told that, especially since it was the display mod, if I had any issues 'bring it back, they'd have a look at it, even take it to see if it could be fixed if needed'. That's not what happened.. I had a firing issue. I was told it 'seemed fine' and to change my coil. Instructed to buy coils if I didn't have one. I went home, changed my coil like they said. The issue persisted. Thinking it was what they said and I shouldn't worry (right? 😡), I was actually going to purchase more coils, thinking they both could've been bad... it couldn't have been what I said.. my mod didn't need to be looked at any further... It no longer fires.. at all.. lights up and all but doesn't fire.. which was exactly what I told them but I'm just a dumb girl. What do I know about mods or electronics vs the person that sold it to me.. what did I know sir?... Now the 30 days is up so I'm not within my rights to bring it back 🤣. Isn't that convenient for you?! I hope you learn from this and don't ever do this to anyone else.
