Everytime I come to this store either the people working there have no clue what they are doing or they need a manager and there’s none around. I’m returning the T-Mobile internet and they told me I have to go to ups. Even tho their own customer service said I can drop it off to any T-Mobile store with the shipping label printed. Never been to a store with that many lazy staff before.

I had a phenomenal experience in this T Mobile store!! I was having a difficult time getting my Netflix account to work on my phone and iPad. Carina (I hope I spelled it right) sprung into action assisting me, checking to assure everything was working satisfactorily all while displaying a super calm presence and and infections smile. I highly recommend this store!

I should have read the review before going to that store. I knew they were closing in 30 min, but I went there to look at the cellular phone, confirm they had it, as the web page claimed they had a few left and see if the price from the web was the same at the store.
I walked in the store, there were 3 customers service and 2 clients at that time. The young female Cust. Serv was the one how asked me what I was there for. I asked if they had the Motorola Edge 2024 (this cell had the best reviews for it's lower price), she didn't answer my question. I told her I wanted to replace a old iPhone 6. I have a line that I leave it at home and the Iphone 6 was my daughter's old cellular. She asked me why I was not getting another Iphone, I answered I didn't like Iphones, she said but you have one. I didn't feel like explaining why I had that cell to the line that stays home, as that was not relevant. Then I showed her that I have a Samsung cell for my main line, then again, she asked me why I was not getting another Samsung. I should have walked away at that point, but I drove to the store to find out more about the Motorola Edge, so I asked her again if they had that cell at the store or not. Again, no answer to my question. By then 1 customer had left the store and the other attendant aproched her. She spoke in Spanish that they had 30 min to close the store and a few other comments that I could hear. I have to mention that before all this unnecessary suggestions from her, she asked for my phone number and to see my ID to check on my account, which I provided to her and she took a picture of my ID. The guy finally answered they had the phone and walked to the display. I followed him and asked the questions I had about the phone and if he was familiar with that phone. He said no, but he looked at the settings and confirmed it had what I was looking for.
We proceeded back at the counter and he covered his mouth and whispered something in her ear. What a RUDE thing to do in front of a customer. They're still talking in Spanish between them.
She asked if I was going to finance or pay full price. I said finance it. He told me a monthly payment difference than the one on the web.
I worked as a customer service and in a call center before, I'm well aware that, the less than 30 min left to close, at that point wasn't going to be enough to finish the transaction, but was their attitude, talking in Spanish, whispering to each other, being very unprofessional is what made me say politely NO THANKS. And I walked away.
This kids were very unprofessional, the girl was not knowledgeable at all.
They all need training to know how to deal with customer, and it doesn't matter what cell they were looking for or what time of the day they walk in the store.
After so many years having T-Mobile and had visited various stores in the area, this one have the worst young people working there.
Do yourself a big favor and visit another location for anything you may need.
The one on Federal in Boca by Trader Joe's is not that far from that location and have knowledgeable and professional young customers service.

We are happy, long time T-Mobile customers. I had an inoperative screen on my iPhone 12. Karina was our customer service representative on our visit today. She was extremely informative, patient, and very helpful in presenting options for my phone. I ended up walking out with a new iPhone 15 and a very happy customer thanks to Karina! Excellent service!

Needed complex technical assistance and had the real pleasure and good fortune to have assistance of T Mobile Associate "Karina" at the Deerfield Beach, Florida location. In every way "Karina" was the consummate professional! Her outstanding interpersonal skills, her pleasant and personable demeanor AND her demonstrated technical acumen portrays a truly remarkable individual. "Karina" is an outstanding representative of the T-Mobile brand!!!!! So pleased to have had the opportunity to work with her.

I walked in today to upgrade two phones at about 5 pm. The two gentlemen in the store were on their phone and did not look up to greet us. I asked a question, and the answer I received was I dont know."" Then one of the gentlemen walked out of the store, and the other one continued to look at his phone. This was the worst customer service I have received at any Tmobile store. I will NEVER return to this location. Thanks to the Tmobile in Fort Lauderdale for great customer service on upgrading two phones. Please get people in the store that want to help. I was just there two years ago and the customer service was A1.
