Un lugar agradable y los mesoneros educados y respetuosos, la comida espectacular ? puedo sugerir el chaufa de la casa; lo único en mi opinión que pueden mejorar son en los tiempos pedí un postre que duró más de una hora en estar listo al final pedí me lo sacarán de la cuenta no tenia tiempo para seguir esperando.

Doug runs the place and he is great! Extremely knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for helping folks find their fit. We came in with our 8 month old and almost 2 year old. Doug is incredibly patient with children, and has a good sense of humor about things. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Edit: Came back 3 months later and have purchased an extra 5 pairs of shoes for the kiddies (growing fast)! Doug is now in a new location but still great service (but now with improved interior!). Can't reccomend him enough and will be a repeat customer so as long as I'm in Chicago-land

Had the most amazing experience! The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable! I brought my 1 year old here because we were having a hard time finding shoes that fit. He had multiple options to pick from and all of them fit! I am definitely recommending all my mom friends to check it out!

This was my first visit and exploration of Tootsies and what a great little gem this place is! Lisa who was in charge of the store this morning was delightful - respectful and attentive, smiling with her eyes from behind the mask:). Wonderful experience and I walked away with an amazing pair of comfortable winter boots!

Went here for a 1st pair of walking shoes for my little guy. Very helpful, knowledgeable owner/operator who took the time to explain the differences between infant/toddler walking shoe brands and fitment. Left feeling great about the footwear we purchased for our 10-month old son(who is beginning to take his 1st unassisted steps)!!

Great experience! I needed to buy a sturdy pair of sandals for my toddler. I stumbled upon this place after a search for Stride Rite shoes.

The two ladies that were working were very friendly and helpful. It would have been an almost in and out trip ,but my daughter liked them so much. Lol

They have a great selection of shoes and it's definitely worth going there to get shoes for your child instead of having to waste your time ordering shoes online, crossing your fingers they will fit okay.

This is a great business to support. Sorry I didn't find them sooner.:)

Great quality shoes and the customer service was outstanding. My son is usually sensitive and overwhelmed when trying something new, but the young lady helping us helped him feel comfortable. He walked out of the store with a big smile on his face!
