They have a good amount of inventory. I was able to try on several different styles of Danner boots and get the sizes I needed. The sales lady was knowledgeable and engaged in helping me. All around a great experience which is a huge departure from how many businesses are staffed and ran now days. Would definitely recommend shopping here. They are doing it right.

Tristan S. and TJ were a tremendous help when trying to find the right shoe for me. I thought I might regret my decision because I always do so I asked what the return policy was but I did not regret my decision and I am still so happy with my shoes. I got the Brooks Ghost Max 2 and my knee pain is gone. Thank you so much Tristan and TJ, I will be recommending Tops because of you both. There's so much more to finding the right shoe than the shoes themselves and I think a lot of people would have a better experience finding the right shoe for themselves with the help of both of these gentlemen than they would elsewhere.

I went and got on that machine and they brought me shoes after saying I need to go up to a size 10 when I have always wore a 8-81/2. Payed 185 dollars for a pair of shoes that I could of bought for 130 and my feet are still killing me. I wouldn't recommend them at all. They are expensive and didn't help my problem at all.

We went on a recommendation from a fellow employee. My husband purchased a pair of red wing boots and 4 pairs of socks the salesman recommended. He had to return the boots due to they rubbed on the top of his foot. The socks were also returned as they were to thin. He wore the boots 1 day to work with the new socks. The next day he wore them with regular socks that are thicker, he changed to his old boots as soon as he got to work as the boots were still rubbing.
TOPS was great about the return. I had paid for all with my debit card. Since he didn't take my card with him we only got store credit.
My husband did buy a different pair of shoes for work. They look like tennis shoes, they have the required steel toes. The brand he bought was Timberline and seems very happy with them. The new shoes were 1/2 the price of the Red Wings.
