One of the pair I recently purchased had a minor interior defect which would have become an irritant over time. I brought this to Tiffany's attention who immediately ordered a replace which was added to the stock order coming that afternoon. Tiffany left me a message that the replacement had been received and I picked it up the following morning. Better customer service you can't ask for.

Just bought my first pair of shoes here. My wife recommended I try (this is her 3rd pair). I'm so happy I did! Most comfortable pair of shoes I've owned. I've had multiple procedures done on both knees. Scott Adams knew exactly what could help me best and his recommendation was spot on. Excellent customer service. Well worth it. I would highly recommend.

Customer service was top notch! I'm going to be honest and say I didn't have high hopes due to past experiences with shoe stores (rudeness, not willing to help, etc.). However, the guy that was in there was very helpful with helping my dad and I find the perfect shoe for our price range!

Sister and I came in with her baby to get some new shoes for us since I've never bought ones that didn't wear down after 3 or 4 months. They are expensive, but you're paying for comfort, staff help and longevity. Loved the customer service we had and they helped me to finally have actual arch support since mine are very tall. They also didn't get upset I had my snake with me and had fun taking pictures with him! Thanks for all the help and I'll be sure to come back with my boyfriend when we can!

If you're looking for a job. I certainly do not recommend this place. My girl busted her rear at this job. Did everything and more than what was expected of her and was proud of what she did. Only to get fired through Text message. TEXT MESSAGE. When she requested the reason behind her termination she was not given one. She had covid 1 week prior to this. I was gonna come in and get several pair of shoes, but after the wrongful doing of the owners of this company I will shop elsewhere.

I go to the red wing store for my boots.... This is my 3rd pair from them and they always go above and beyond to make sure my custom boots are ordered they fit me well and I always leave very satisfied!!!

I appreciate Cindy, Charles and Xander and their thoroughness when it comes to my feet and their comfort. Cindy just by watching how I walk was able to recommend the NB 860 vers. 11's!!! RELIEF!!! Great look too! Hope they can get some basketball shoes in soon!
