This store is top notch! Inventory is AMAZING! Prices are amazing! Advice and opinions are available from some really experienced and professional store employees. Greeting you when entering the store and directions to whatever, wherever or whoever you need to see. I had a Big Baby Taylor that had horribly high action and they worked magic on the setup/neck reset. See attached pictures.

I’ve been playing guitar for many years at this point and going to guitar stores as a younger woman I get talked down to A LOT. This was one of those times. I grew up going to this store with my dad and I’ve watched him interact with who I believe to be the owner, and he has never, not even once, been spoken to the way I was spoken to. Even my partner as we walked out made a comment about how demeaning and uninterested the man was. I was asking questions and he was completely checked out, not answering me and instead telling me everything was “up to me” when I was asking his opinion on things. I asked for a pack of bass strings and he actually threw them down onto the counter as if he was upset to be dealing with me. Like I said, I’ve been talked down to and dismissed a lot but this time was definitely one of the most blatant. The store is awesome, their selection is amazing. I’ve bought guitars from this store and wasn’t let down by the quality. I simply couldn’t let this interaction slide though. I was truly shocked by the lack of professionalism whether it was because of my gender and age or not.

Been here twice. First time was cool. Second time I felt rushed. They have the drum section roped off, so browsing without some in the area is not allowed. I’ll stick to GC and Amazon for new items, and FB for used.

Response to owner - I caught him while he was he was roping off the section and seemed like he was in rush to go somewhere. He also for a second gave a look on his face like he didn’t want to be bothered. That’s why I say I’ll stick to GC. At least there I can browse at my own pace. I understand you wanting to protect your establishment from theft. However, I don’t want to go anywhere where I’m made to feel not welcomed.

Incredible customer service and great prices! After reading tons of negative reviews about Guitar Center I was looking for a reliable place where I could restring my guitar. I've contacted 4 different smaller stores via email and phone.
Total Entertainment Music Store was the only one who actually answered their phone. They accepted me without an appointment, a whole service was done in front of me in a less than 30 minutes, plus their price for restringing was about 30% less than the dreaded Guitar Center. Just WOW!

Thank you very much, guys! You've earned another customer for life, and I am highly recommending this store to everyone for your music needs and repairs!

Please take for repair or buy you musical instruments from here. I took my son and his Fender to get work done on it and a wonderful gentleman Terry took his time to not only educate me and my son, but repaired his guitar like new. Highly recommend.

Great place to find the right guitar. Everyone working there knows their stuff and wants to make sure you get a good instrument. The selection is by far the BEST in central Florida!

Worst guitar store in Volusia bought a new Jackson playrled for a week made my hand very sore thought I could reselct but that said all sales final Do not buy here! Go to guitar attic!!!guitar attic don't sell Indonesian junk and his word is good! You get what you pay for! Won't ever spend a dime there again and I will inform everybody I know to go elsewhere!I did not hear nobody say it was a red tag deal and it wasn't abused at all !!lie all you want guitar attic is where I'll be telling everywhere to go!! Check your records on how much I spent there what a shame to do customers like that!!!
