Husband ordered flowers to be delivered to a local school to our anniversary. Touch of Blossoms was contracted by Blooms Today, who posed a fake website as another florist. Flowers were attempted to be delivered to the school a day earlier than ordered. The delivery person was told I would be there on Thursday, but not Tuesday. Delivery person was rude to school staff. Was left a voice mail to return a call. I have returned the call multiple times and left multiple messages. No return phone call has been made and they stated the flowers were delivered to a school at 7 pm. Didn’t happen. I don’t know this florist but from my experience I would caution you. Certainly don’t trust a website and Blooms Today. Call the local florist.

Disappointing experience. Understanding that Mother’s Day is a busy time for the flower industry, I ordered flowers through FTD which was serviced by Touch of Blossoms. I received a confirmation e-mail that “the flowers were delivered” on Saturday. On Sunday I called my mother to wish her a happy Mothers Day and to ask her how she liked her flowers. She did not receive any flowers. A phone number and a proper address were left for the delivery, she never received a call and inquired with her neighbors to see if they had made a mistake and no one else had received her delivery. I was charged for the flowers and no flowers were delivered. I contacted FTD and they assured me the flowers would be redelivered the following day. Again no flowers. Another call and now FTD will be using another provider for this order. Touch of Blossom is the worst.

Jerry, thanks for delivering a basket of sunshine to my Mother when she was sick, and thanks for making a nice snack basket for my cousin for his birthday. Also, thank you for renting the U- Haul to me for a recent move. Every time we have used your services everything has worked out great. Thanks again!

Second time placed order with them. First time was for First Anniversary, flowers never delivered. went in store to order Valentines Flowers was told Red Roses were coming in today. Roses delivered were not Red.

Wired flowers to my sister for her birthday told florist they would be there by 4:30 it is now 5:48 she has been waiting in a parking lot on her Special Day. FAILED to deliver while complaining about price should have been delivering little did he know who the business owner is. NEVER USE THIS PLACE
