Be careful. When you get your boat repaired at their service department!!

Tess, the service lady, will quote you one thing and she will charge you a higher price.

She will even add in parts that were never talked about and charge you that as well without talking to you.

They have a new service manager so hopefully he can turn things around but at this point I'm pretty disappointed in trader bills.

As much as I spend in there, I certainly will not use them for any more repairs until this has been rectified.

Walked in and was greeted immediately. I had some questions about an item and was helped by Philip Kastner. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Kastner was not pushy and went on his way with other store business. I did end up purchasing my item from Kastner and was assisted by his employees with nothing but kindness and a few hunting stories. Happy to see other sporting goods stores up and running! Happy to support Trader Bills yesterday and in the future with this type of management leading this business. If I could have talked Kastner into driving those t-post into my rocky terrain to support this blind setup, it would have been icing on the purchase! ⚒️ Happy hunting men!

We took 2 reels in we purchased at another store for line - which they were happy to do - pointed my husband to some rods on sale - so he purchased 3 lol

Nice and friendly staff- knowledgeable about the products - answered questions and very customer friendly

My 2005 pontoon boat looked like new, the cleaning job was exceptional and all the mechanical issues were located and repaired. Tess in the service department is excellent to deal with the others seem a bit lost.
