So this is not a review of any dealer but of the manufacturer. I purchased an 800x extended stay camper . It claims R7 in the walls for insulation to extend your camping season. The camper "looks" nice but the quality of the build is horrendous. We have used the camper a total of 19 sleepovers and so far this is what we have encountered.
The propane lines leaking ,I tightened them.
The water lines leaking ,I fixed them. Metal shavings all throughout the camper.
Terrible amount of wasted space that could have been storage.
The radio was miswired so no way to turn off the outside speakers. I rewired.
A leak in the front, I fixed it.
Next to no insulation along the drivers side wall.
The furnace pretty much would run full out in October..
The mouldings on the closet that the door hinges to have pulled way from the wall almost an inch.
The interior siding has separated off the studs.
The ceiling in the bunk area is heavily sagged down on one side.
And the best part. The floor of the bunk ,above the cab of the truck has bowed down almost 1.5 inches. Between the girlfriend and myself our combined weight is 260lbs. We ARE NOT big people.
I ended up having to gut the bunk to fix this as it was almost touching the cab of my truck.
What I found was disgusting build quality. 1x4 on the flats and only stapled as butt joints. The only thing holding it all together was a measly 5/16 plywood floor that wasn't even fully stapled. Only stapled around the edges. When I pulled the plywood up only half the floor had any insulation. Which I may add was sure as hell not r7 as it was only 3/4 white styrofoam. So maybe an r1. The insulation that was there was so poorly cut and chunks broken out it did little anyways.
This is also in the walls as I can see behind some of the loose wall paneling.
Terrible quality control and absolutely no pride in their product to let something like this go out the door. The floor sag is unacceptable and could have been easily built with 1,5 aluminum frame keeping it light and allowing a true r7 in the walls and floor.
I would highly recommend looking at other manufactures and inspecting the frame layout before purchasing.

Now at 2 years with our 2023 Rove Lite 14BH and love it...great travel trailer - extremely light weight and very well built!

We have a 2022 Rove Lite FL. It took quite some time for us to find one in stock at a dealership but we got one back in July. There have been a few things we needed to address or upgrade right away, but nothing that actually would impact how fantastic this trailer is. We pull this with an Outback XT which is rated for 3500lbs/350lbs at the hitch and have no problems pulling.
For a trailer this size I feel the tanks are about the right proportions and may make for some interesting dry camping. The sales manager Keith has been great to work with answering the myriad of questions I have had up to and after the sale. We have had a lot of people ask us about our camper and always recommend it. Thanks for such an amazing camper and all the adventures we're able to have because something was built around those of us without a truck.

I purchased a brand NEW 2023 Travel Lite Rove Lite end of June 2023. Upon coming to the dealership to pick it up, learned there were MULTIPLE serious issues with the original RV they "got ready" for me. I drove 7 hours from Vegas to Utah to get it, and upon inspection, learned that the fridge and heater were wired backwards (so no power to either appliance), wallpaper was peeling off, plus a few less crazy issues. The dealer had to give me a different RV (same model just different VIN/RV), which had THE SAME EXACT ISSUES! Dealer fixed some of them before our leaving (our appt was at 11am, we didn't get to pick up the RV until like 7pm), but told us we could take the RV anywhere else to get the rest fixed. I contacted Travel Lite in Nov 2023 to see if I could get the remaining pre-existing (and multiple additional new issues that came up just within 2-3 short trips!), and they told me to just search by zip code and find the closest dealer for that. The closest dealer is in AZ, 4 hours away instead of 7 (Utah), so we waited to see what other issues might come up within the 1 year warranty period so we could get them all fixed at once, at the end of the warranty period.
Long story short, They denied 4/8 issues that are clearly warranty. I just talked to the service manager myself and he insisted that they only "cover the structure".
Here are all the issues (with dealer responses):
1) The wiring underneath the trailer- DENIED. They state this is owner maintenance.
We can do this for ½ labor/$99.
2) Dust/wheel caps fell off- denied. They state it is not a warrantiable item.
I can get you a price for these if you would like.
3) Styles that are delaminating/peeling in the unit. Approved
We will get these ordered asap.
4) Brackets that table sit on (THE SEAT/SLEEPING AREA SUPPORT BROKE DURING THE FIRST TRIP WHEN WE PICKED UP THE BRAND NEW RV, CAUSING ME TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR UNTIL I SECURED SOME EXTRA WOOD TO FIX IT TEMPORARILY) - approved to repair secure this. Will resecure wood pieces in this area while we are doing this.
5) Smoke detector goes off everytime the stove is on (extreme sensitivity). With all the windows open, fan, and AC going at max, it starts beeping a few minutes after we tried making very simple and not smelly things like eggs and rice for breakfast (nothing was burning!). - DENIED
6) Marker Lights on back (was pre-existing, original dealer couldn't fix during trailer pickup) - No problem found - but we will keep checking on it whenever we are working on the coach
7) Replace screen do holes (was pre-existing, original dealer couldn't fix at pickup) - DENIED. They state this should have been fixed by orignal dealer (the one 7 hours away, vs. the closest, which is 4 hours one way). Dealer says they can replace the screen material, it will be 1/2/$99 + parts.
8) Replace front ps stabilizer jack (it broke while the trailer was standing still, almost injuring people and pets in the proximity!) - Approved. I asked to replace all 4 jacks as it's a liability issue - Travel lite and dealer replied with "The other jacks have not broken yet, so they will not approve them or even consider them."
Finally, upon speaking with Isaac at Travel Lite just now, he told me "if you had taken it back to the original dealer, EVERYTHING would be approved". WHAT? so is it a warranty coverage issue or not, make up your mind!!! He had the nerve to tell me how much each of the "approved" repairs is "already costing them" and that I should pay for the other issues myself (several hundred dollars!).
NONE OF THESE THINGS SHOULD HAVE BROKEN IN THE FIRST 1-3 MONTHS OF BUYING A BRAND NEW RV IN THE FIRST PLACE. YOU SHOULD USE QUALITY MATERIALS (AND QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES) WHEN BUILDING YOUR TRAILERS INSTEAD OF CUTTING CORNERS. NOT BLAME CUSTOMERS LATER AND TELL THEM HOW MUCH YOUR WARRANTY WORK IS ALREADY COSTING THEM.
pictures attached with date stamps on some. Again, trailer purchased end of June 2023...

I purchased a 2023 Rove Lite 16 RB, January 17th, 2023 from a dealer in GA. I had to wait until they had a delivery from Travel Lite as the one they had on their website was sold. Loved the "full bath" and those Barn Doors. The weight of the trailer is awesome as I can pull it with my Kia Carnival. Giving 2 stars , so far, as once the trailer was delivered to dealer there were changes made at the manufacturers end that did not get passed along to me before I made drive up to pick it up. I was looking forward to the "barn doors" as they really set off the interior ( now just plain white doors ) the unit states its solar ready (well it came with a solar panel ) I really didn't need that. I would have and should have turned down the deal right then and there. No manual for how to operate the solar controller. The RV comes with Tuscan Sway Control and if you use sway bars it null and voids the warranty. Well it still has sway but I am going to give it time as my last 2 RV's have been 5th wheels. I have been going over the RV now since I took ownership, doing a few up grades ( better shower curtain, vent cover over bath fan, Oh the bumper is not big enough to hold a regular sewer hose, how about checking to see if hoses go inside before making a bumper that's no good. I bought a hose carrier to mount on top of the bumper. The dining table on their inside photos shows a tripod type leg and when I got my RV the dealer swapped it for one that had 2 folding legs as he said the tripod was to unsteady. I have now replaced those HEAVY legs with a pedestal and will turn the table sideways as previous setup had the table sticking out 6" which made walking back a forth tighter. I have since blocked all 4 corners of the frame underneath as there was no end covers; great spot for wasps or critters to nest in. Then I notice that there was a cover for the connection section for solar that wasn't even closed exposing the connections to weather etc. That would fall under quality control no final inspection pre-shipping
Regarding customer service, I have been disappointed as I called the manufacturer regarding info for solar controller and no one there could give me an answer. Sent a couple of requests via the contact form on Travel Lites website regarding possibly getting those barn doors if they still had some lying around. NO answers at all from them.
Now I do love the RV and once I have it to my liking I feel it should work just fine. I haven't had it on a shake down trip yet but so far all appliances are working as they should. If I do get some response from the company I might change my review
EDIT: I have, since first giving review, got a message back from manufacturer giving me the part numbers for those barn doors and stating I need to work through my dealer as TLRV does not ship directly to customers.

2020 November: So having had the Air for close to 1.5 years, it has served my needs very well. At present I have experienced no issues with my unit. All brands, make and models can have some identifiable items to be attentive to. I scrutinized my pre/post acceptance of my Air (590).
It has been an enjoyable sized unit and simple.
I run it on. F150XL Crewcab 4x4 with the 5.5 bed. I have over 80,000 miles of piggybacking this setup in all of Mother Earths weather!
Mu options of purchase were limited because of my paid for truck!
Don’t be hasty and not peek in all nooks and crannies. Assure all systems are functionally operates for a duration of time.
I am happy!
================================
Update 2 April - Received callback today in preparation for mounting the Air onto my truck. Primary question I have is for upgrading the battery system from wet cell to lithium. I am feeling comfortable this morning for my next marching plans! Bumped up stars to four from two. Pushing towards a five ! Cheers!

1 April
I want to be excited, but having real concerns it may diminish.
I purchased an Air (590) and have questions. The dealer I’m buying my camper can’t answer my questions and have calls into Travel Lite unanswered.
I have questions asked with email, on FB Travel Lite page and a phone call. Still unanswered. Email sent using the email on the Travel Lite FB page and still no response. Don’t have a FB page for the company.
Maybe the company is great if boots on the ground outside their shop, but from afar no so great.
I’m developing my opinion as I progress in ownership, but between reading the positive and negative reviews, I’m experiencing more of the negative. still trying to keep an open mind.
There is no support from Travel Lite at this time. I have a 5.5 short bed, so my options are limited. It pretty much is Travel Lite Air or Capri Camper. Since there is no Capri Camper dealership around me, Travel Lite wins. Mainly because I don’t have to many options.
Let’s hope we can get Truck Camper Magazine to evaluate and draft an article on best truck camper customer service and follow through. TLC for me a new owner is falling short. Hope it changes.

BUYER BEWARE!—If you are shopping for an expensive lawn ornament, the Falcon series of travel trailers will serve your purpose. As an actual travel trailer, well not so much.
The passenger side fender FELL OFF and trashed the tires the third time we used our travel trailer! And months later, nothing happened to resolve the issue. As some of you may know, many states have laws against fenderless vehicles; hence, why our brand new Travel Lite Falcon 24BH travel trailer basically turned into a lawn ornament.
Now, let me provide some history.
I tried to go through all of the normal processes before writing this review, but based on what I have seen to date, no one at Travel Lite really cares. I first contacted my dealer, who then had me contact their Travel Lite sales representative (weird process), who I spoke to twice on the phone, and sent multiple emails. He had great answers for all of my issues, but I soon learned it was all talk (go figure with a salesperson). I even emailed Dustin at Travel Lite and the parts department with, wait for it…no response.
My family and I were so excited when we saw and purchased our Falcon 24BH in late January 2017. It was exactly what we were looking for in a camper. However, this excitement ended as soon as we started to use it.
Since we have purchased the Falcon 24BH from the dealer, we have had the following occur:
--Awning mount came off of trailer upon first use (I had to fix as we were camping when this occurred)
--Flooring started to bubble up (fixed under warranty)
--Inside door trim constantly falls off (I had to fix)
--Passenger side fender fell off while driving down the interstate. Caused tire damage and travel delays. Travel Lite representative Jason Ellis said they would cover the tire replacement, but didn’t for months. It was a lot of fun removing the dangling fender and changing the tire on an interstate in the middle of a major city with two young kids in the car. I finally called Travel Lite and asked who does the warranty. I found out they just hired someone, and he sent me a check after constant follow-up for three months. Incredibly frustrating processes.
--Kitchen backsplash peels off (I just push back on)
--Wall paper peels off (fixed under warranty)
--Gaps in external caulking (dealer fixed a couple spots, I had to fix others)
--Rear leveling jacks were secured to the bumper with screws that go through the bumper preventing storage of sewer hose (dealer said this was incorrect and sloppy workmanship – they fixed)
Following the fender incident, their sales representative told me on the phone that they were shipping a new passenger side fender out ASAP with instructions for the dealer to properly mount it. We called the dealer one month, then two, and then three months later and they stated they don’t have the fender, the fix, and now they have four more Travel Lite Falcon units where the fender has fallen off. So we had a 6-month-old damaged camper and a lot of empty promises. Jason stated at the show, where we first met him, and on the phone that Travel Lite is known for quality, but to date, I have been sorely disappointed in the quality of this trailer. Jason also indicated that due to high demand, Travel Lite ramped up production; however, from my viewpoint, the quality has severely suffered. I don’t feel I should be the beta tester for a new trailer that I paid a premium for.
When you sell a product that has major issues, I recommend doing what is right and standing up to the warranty you were selling at the show. Don’t provide empty sales promises and ignore the customer.
At the end of everything, we ended up getting rid of the Falcon 24BH for a loss after nine months of incredible frustration with the trailer and Travel Lite company.
