Do not buy from these people. They are crooks when you don’t want their item and it’s not used they will still charge you. Now they are threatening me to never refund my money back because of my review. Well hate to tell you that’s illegal. Keep my money and I hope it was worth it because I will put a review where ever I can find to put it. The better Business bureau will be contacting you. You obviously need the money more than me your little business

As Alabama fans, we were pleasantly surprised to find this SEC Champions hat. Now we don’t have to order one online. There is a great selection of brands at Trenz. I’m sad the Alabama merch is selling out, but it’s understandable. Any Georgia fan could spend an hour looking through all the merchandise.

Ordered a few weeks before Christmas and was finally shipped 3 days before Christmas (22nd). Needless to say the shirts did not arrive on time.

AWFUL customer service. Ordered shirt online, description of shirt says "University of Georgia Go Dawgs Sic'em Adult Unisex Short Sleeve", and the picture on the left, GEORGIA GO DAWGS SIC EM was on the ad, they sent me SIC EM Dawgs with bolt. I went to the physical store within the return period and was told I needed to come back as the girls did not know how to handle an online order in the store. Second attempt, called the store for hours and they said open till 7PM, when I arrived at 6:15PM it was closed. When I was able to get back to the store again, I was then told I needed to send it back through Amazon and they couldn't help me. Well, now we're outside the 30 days, and it's not returnable. Why can't you just exchange the shirt in your store? Come on TRENZ, it's your mistake, own it and allow your customers an exchange.

Had $50 of gift certificates so visited today. Most of the merchandise is for Georgia so if you are looking for another team, go somewhere else. Then I was told they would NOT honor the gift cards that came from THEIR store. Cards specifically said "Funds never expire" but the "mgr" that came out from the back said they had changed THEIR system so the cards weren't good any more. How many others may have worthless gift cards now? Didn't offer any solution, just flatly refused to honor them. This rude "manager" said she didn't even know if the cards were any good although her employee was the one who opened the gift card from the original package right there at the register (guess she was calling me a liar since the gift cards had never been removed from their original packaging). Was so disgusted dealing this this so-called mgr that I told the cashier to use the $30 credit on my account for my purchase because I'd never return to shop there. Employee then says I can't use my $30 credit at one time...I need to make 3 separate purchases for my 2 items. I again ask for the "manager". The cashier goes to the back but this time returns to tell me the manager just left. HaHa! I told cashier there was someone who could figure how to apply my $30 credit since they'd already denied my $50 gift cards. After waiting again, another (older) lady comes out from the back. Amazingly, she had no problem figuring out how to apply my $30 credit to my $29 purchase. I'll never go back. Other customers in the store witnessed this whole situation and some left just shaking their head. The cashier was put in an awkward position when the "manager" showed her total lack of customer service skills. The owner will probably leave a snarky response to this review - just like has been left with others who left a negative review!
