Picked up a used 4 wheeler. They went over all the features and ensured that it was ready to go.
The show room has a lot of products available. The show room was well organized and clean. They have Echo chainsaw and grass trimmers. They have a large selection of AMSOIL.

I'll be honest, I don't often leave 5-star reviews, but the gang at Truth Powersports (and KCE...same people) are absolutely the best when it comes to customer service. My dealings with them are associated with my Snowdog (look it up) which they are an authorized dealer for. Last winter I needed an accessory and so I stopped by on my way back to Utah. They had what I needed and even gave me a Snowdog hat when they found out that I wasn't shipped one when I bought it. So, when I found myself wanting another accessory for my Snowdog this last week, I called them first and sure enough...they had it. And it is an uncommon accessory that none of the other Snowdog dealers in the US currently haver in stock. I asked if they would ship it to me and even though the part was only $11, you'd of thought I was buying a new Snowdog they were so attentive. They promptly got me the cost with shipping via email, I paid it via paypal, and they shipped it out the same day. They provided 4 total email updates in the process and were simply the best even though it was such a small purchase. I will be contacting them first for any other Snowdog support, including the second Snowdog I plan to purchase later this winter for my wife.

The best repair shop I’ve ever been too! The best customer service I’ve ever experienced my entire life! Every email i sent I’d received a reply with a detailed response in a reasonable time frame. The snow machine (snowdog) I ordered was on back order and they went above and beyond doing everything they could to make sure I was in the loop and kept up to date with the vendor. They have won me over as a customer forever! I love mom and pop shops and I’m very willing and proud to keep money going to locals!!! Support this business!!! Only issue is they are located in Emmett instead of Nampa where I’m from 😉

We needed some oil and a filter for our Can Am. Walmart didn't have it so we headed home. As we drove thru Emmett, I Googled ATV supplies and Truth showed up. We followed the map directions and voila'!!! What fun people who had everything we needed and more! Thanks Truth Powersports, we will be back!!

Look, these guys are just the best when it comes to customer service and attentiveness. They are not pushy, but also help you understand viable options that you may not have known about. Pricing is fair. They simply excel when it comes to customer service. I don't live in Idaho but I contact these guys on the phone or email for anything I can. You would think I was there in person given how quickly and efficiently they respond to inquiries.
