I could live in this store. The selection is large and authentic with pieces from many different local artisans. Bill and Monte were friendly and accommodating and knew the history and origin of many items. I left with so much stuff and was able to do all my Christmas shopping for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

This is the place to go if you're looking for anything turquoise! I picked up three beautiful pairs of earrings that were all incredibly reasonably priced. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and everything was authentic and local! Skip touristy Old Town and opt for this place. I suggest calling ahead to see what the hours are/when the owner will be around. I'll be back again next time I'm in Albuquerque!

Spectacular find!!! Monte was amazingly helpful & kind with a lot of knowledge about local artists and beyond. This shop has stood for over 30 years and is a local family business - you can't beat that for price or costumer service! There were many different price points within the shop, so do not hesitate to stop and check it out! I went to 4 in the area, only spent money here! Will always check in w Monte when we are in town!

I passed by the store today (after hours) and the store was closed but the owner was inside and was kind enough to let me in and had so much patience as I was browsing and trying on many items. I ended up walking away with four authentic and quality Indian jewelry pieces at the best price point I’ve seen (visited over 10 stores between Santa Fe and Albuquerque). Definitely check it out if you are looking for turquoise and other Indian jewelry

My wife and I have lived in New Mexico a little over a year. We divided this Christmas to buy some turquoise for some on our Christmas list. Being new to town and not sure where to go we did a search and decided on turquoise world. Monty was awesome, the collection of artists he has was wonderful and the prices were affordable for such quality work. We scratched 8 people done on our list with awesome gifts they will enjoy Thanks turquoise world

This place has a great variety of jewelry and pottery for great prices but because the internet was down we couldn't pay with cards. We went to get cash but ended up just not coming back because we were on our way back to Arizona. I can live without another pair of earrings but my friend was racked with regret and made us stop three more times at trading posts along the way. Everything we found everywhere else was way more expensive. We only got an hour at the petrified forest as a result of the stops. Just buy it here, you'll be glad you did. But make sure you bring cash, I have no idea if the internet's down often but better safe than sorry unless you're the kind of person who actually will come back again. Owner seems pretty knowledgeable about the items as well.
