My first time going to UB and I had a great experience. They have a large variety/stock, good sales, and the rep Nisha was extremely helpful. I’ll be back for sure!

Luv this store. They have everything hair you need. The employee with the blue locs has great customer service and was very helpful but the cashier in the front with the glasses was NOT friendly at all, every question you asked her she responded "I don't know" non chalantley. She just had an attitude for no reason and bad customer service.

Now EZ Braid one and done arrived

EZ Braid is best and the original pre stretched braiding hair. Best of best and number 1 Braid. Inside so clean and all worker very kindly. Strong recommend it

Quality and service have tremendously declined. Customer service accused me of stealing candy!! Absolutely will never go again, and this place used to be a favorite. Must be under new management/ownership. Leadership there is very poor with unattentive attendants, too busy making wigs to assist customers.
