Stopped going here for a reason. Decided to stop today because it was closest only to buy a disposable that went out less than 10 minutes after buying. Tried it in the store and it was fine, took 1 puff off of it after leaving and it wouldn’t stop hissing. No refund. No exchange. No nothing. Literally can show it’s the same one I bought still showing its full of juice. Whatever. Scum business with even sketchier owners.

Normally I'm not one to leave bad reviews. But they are shady and people need to be warned so they don't have similar experiences. Went in to get a vape for myself, and a pack of Vuse pods for my wife. All went okay, got home, realized they weren't the correct percentage. Simple misunderstanding, easy fix. Called to verify I could exchange them, which they confirmed they could, and went back to do just that. Got there and they said they did not carry the percentage I was looking for. First of all, why not say that in the first place, but either way, i'll just get a refund then. They "apologized" and said they could not offer a refund for the product, over 30$, and basically told us we were s.o.l. Now i understand that people make mistakes, and there is nothing to even forgive about it, no harm done. But when you make the mistake, then proceed to not fix it, and essentially scam me out of money, i take it very personally. Also would not let me speak to the manager to verify that they could not refund it.

Bought a torch that ended up not working. I returned it. the employee refused to accept even with the receipt. The employee also said the torch was known to not work. Wish I had known that before. I sat and waited till he contacted all the managers and all of them said I couldn't return my known defective item. ALL YOUR PURCHASES ARE FINAL. After spending hundreds of dollars at this store the best thing they could do to fix their mistake is take a dollar off. Definitely got scammed.

Changed to bad rating simply because the woman wouldn’t sell me anything (asked me to leave) even tho someone was purchasing with ID. Now I’m 35 and look it and have spent probably $1000 or more with ID and every cashier has seen me. I don’t drive so just forgot my ID. I understand selling to minors is bad but this was not that clearly!! Some people need a reality check.. turned away a $100 purchase today and all the rest because will not go there again.

Was told my kids weren't aloud to ask questions. Why can't my kids ask me anything It's not like you're selling illegal drugs...... right? Told them what I was looking for and was told they don't give medical advice and said the rub would work best, told them that didn't work. Not very helpful.

Love the selection, but wish they sold vaporesso disposable pods. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The pods I prefer are Vaporesso XROS Series o.8 Mesh Pod (2ml) in the 4 pack. They are in a pinkish/red box.
