I bought a couple vapes from a knowledgeable young lady. Very friendly and full of recommendations and advice. When I couldn't get the vape to work after charging I called up she remembered me and told me how to solve the problem. Great customer service. Would recommend this shop to anyone!

I was driving home from Tallahassee after an oncologist appointment. I was having a very tired and difficult morning and sadly noticed my ecig was empty and I still had over an hour left in my drive. With the stress I knew I had to find somewhere and quick. I called this shop to ask for directions and confirm they were open. Not only did they give me directions but their hours of operation too. Once I arrived I was greeted with smiles and even laughed a little bit. I want to say thank you to those two guys working on 1/20/22 at 1130. Amazing employees who definitely deserve to be noticed!

10/10 stars! Hands down the best vape shop Ive been to (& Ive been to a lot in Panama/Dothan). The store is always spotless & clean. The staff are all so kind & helpful. They have an awesome rewards program as well. I love em!

I'm impressed with that store. I'm deaf and they had no problem communicating with me though notes on the phone, first time I feels like a normal person. It means a lot to me. I have no complaints. They are very knowledgeable with my needs. I am very satisfied with my purchases. I will go back there again
