I had heard from many people that I should switch to Vigo Health Pharmacy. And I'm so thankful I did! I called there and spoke to Mr. Patel (the pharmacist) and he was absolutely wonderful. He even recognized my voice when I entered the pharmacy and had my medications ready to go, even the ones sent over like 30 mins prior! All the staff I met were absolutely delightful! This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. If you're thinking about switching it, DO IT!!! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Mr. Alpesh Patel and staff! You all are the best!

Honestly I’ve had some pretty sweet things to say about different pharmacists I’ve came in contact with over the years. At 50 years of age I can say this Dr. Patel fella was the absolute best pharmacist I’ve ever spoken with. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to spread that brain power of his simply. And my brain was able to soak up his wisdom words. Honestly this will be my new pharmacy. Excellent service and friendly folks. Not very often do I walk out of an establishment thinking I had a good deal/experience. This place under the guidance of Dr. Patel was just perfection. Prices were known before hand and his genuine love to share his knowledge is legendary. Yes, he’ll make money. As do they all but the difference is that he is on a different level. And my first impression of him and his business was way way above the Terre Haute normal everyday flow. Phenomenal guys. Keep it up.

This is what customer service is supposed to be! The service they provide to me and my family have made me want to write this review. The staff are so nice, respectful and make sure whoever walks in the door is treated with the best of care. Other pharmacy's need to take a look at what they do here. If our community would band together and "really" strive for patient care/customer care like they do at Vigo Pharmacy....we would be the best not only here but everywhere! Just saying.....:)

They were very friendly and were able to fill what I needed much quicker than anywhere else. They called when it was done, and I loved that they have a drive thru. They were also actually staffed and open, unlike most of the other places. Highly recommend!!

Vigo Health Pharmacy has resuscitated my faith in Terre Haute pharmacies. If you are dissatisfied with yours, please call them or go inside one time. Their intelligence, competence, courtesy, and timeliness are without parallel. Frankly, there is no reason for the embarrassingly poor and embarrassingly corporate Krogers or CVSs to exist in this town.

The pharmacist is caring and very friendly the whole staff is super friendly I met the pharmacist when he was at cvs in Sullivan you can’t ask for a better person then him. If we had more people like him and his team members it would be so much better.
